A new building of Four Seasons since 2 years ago. It have a good food, nice bar with masculine touch though the furniture a bit chipped here and there. The overall af the hotel feels retro in some part and eclectic chic.

really 5 star luxury reception friendly and taxi facilities there is a Tiara Express with a mercy sedan unit and BMW and Toyota Alphard

This is a five star hotel. Room is super great. Big size. Like a one bedroom apartment. Love the bathroom. Staff is friendly

The favorite hotels in Jakarta from the aspect of service and anything that is about the quality of building maintenance is very good so everywhere it looks clean and maintained. Delicious food, comfortable hotel, smart and friendly employees.

Spacious room, luxurious bathroom and interior, enjoyable stay for business and solo/couple traveller. Not recommended for family with kid due to limited kids playing area.

Great hotel, very comfortable & friendly staff

Sy & wife stayed 20/10 / 20-21 / 10/20 to celebrate my wife's birthday. The check-in process is very fast, it takes a deposit of Rp. 1,000,000 which will be returned / debited (if using a credit card) at check out.

Very surprised when I checked in I was given an upgrade from executive king facing housing to deluxe king facing the Gatot Subroto highway, thank you four seasons

Plus:
- the room is very spacious
- AC is very cold
- hot water continues
- request was granted (ask for a happy birthday writing in the window & a nice little cake surprise, thank you again Four Seasons
- delicious breakfast (maybe it's better if you have regular coffee, since it's a pandemic so choose a menu with limited choices)
- all staff are very friendly starting from security, receptionists, hotel staff, restaurant staff, pool staff, thank you for your hospitality

The negatives:
- the sound from the street can still be heard into the room
- TV channel choices are not too many
- there is a dust spot between the tv - the speaker is bose underneath there is a cabinet for socket outlets, etc., there is dust

Overall my wife & I were very satisfied staying at Four Seasons, thank you Four Seasons

Very good hotel, fasting after fasting. Sahur is delivered to the room . The taste of the food needs to be improved. Order 2 sahur menus, one of which is another one lacking salt. Finally mixed

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is good, the food is sufficient. For ordering food is better and cheaper if ordering breakfast in bed compared to eating at the restaurant directly.

Had a meeting with client here, felt awesome. Food was great, atmosphere was nice, equipment worked flawlessly, staff was helpful. Surely a top choice for future meetings.

I had creamy pasta with mushroom and truffle, which was exceptionally good. My husband opted for spaghetti lobster; all good except the sauce (classic marinara) was a bit overpowering the lobster. But the pasta are cooked in perfect al dente, and lobster was tasty.

The luxury of a hotel ... unfortunately is located in an even-numbered area. Once the police got hit when they wanted to enter the hotel. Be carefull.

Just for a moment, I stopped, but it was very impressive ... the service was good and friendly ...
