Four Seasons as a 5 Star Hotel (he said the Cowboy Employee who married the Wedding Party earlier) but is VERY UNDERSTANDING CHILDREN'S SECURITY & CONVENIENCE2. Earlier there was the fall of the Standing Curtain that almost struck the Children. Hotel employees are not apologizing, but can only blame Others (Event Organizer). Where is your 5 star? !!!

This is hotel is very beautiful,rooms are perfect sized and not too overpriced.I had the lobster mac & cheese when i was here and it was too good.I definitely would recommend this stunning hotel for a luxurious hotel getaway.

Everything is good except the security officer who is not friendly, if there are guests who do not know the way please be directed properly, not rebuked excessively as if I am like an intruder. Excellent service. The staff at breakfast anticipate your every need and are there before you even call them. Just amazing. Rooms are luxurious and gorgeous. Loved my entire stay there. The staff made all the difference.

Ome of the best 5 stars hotel. Really good service, nice ambience, big room and clean. Also friendly staff. The best thing about 5 stars hotel besides it luxurious, is to be welcome and feels like home. Bravo!

First and last time for me to stay at the Four Sea...

First and last time for me to stay at the Four Season Hotel. Why?
1. Check in is very long, even though it is quiet (no other customers). I waited for almost 1 hour, even though I was 8 months pregnant and I brought a 2 year old baby. Because I was late check in (6 pm) and waited a long time for the room to be ready, I asked for the late check out policy according to the web (4 pm, but it was not given at all by the receptionist or duty manager. Late check out at 2 pm was also requested but not allowed , even though I waited for almost 1 hour, only the compliment time was not given.

2. Promised room 1905 so as not to be too noisy, but not ready2, finally the kmr upgrade on the 12th floor is finally super noisy, because the glass is not soundproof. Four seasons is surrounded by 4 mosques and you can hear the sound of motorbikes and cars on the highway. Complained to Wilson's duty manager, it was suggested to use ear plugs. even though Ear plugs are not a solution, because it is not comfortable to sleep using ear plugs.
Want to upgrade a room to a high floor with an additional fee which is not a problem not given by the receptionist.

3. Welcome fruit was given but the salak fruit was rotten, according to my husband, I don't need to love it instead of giving trash (rotten fruit).

4. The ceiling of the room keeps sounding like broken bones, kretek2, house keeping phones as well as asking for mineral water and asking for engineering calls, but it took a really long time for mineral water to arrive. My baby and I were very disturbed by the sound of the phone, saying there was engineering at the door. Even though he had called from a few hours ago, but Engineering arrived at 12 in the evening.

5. The room card does not work, it makes me tired because I have to wait for the receptionist to come upstairs with a new room card that works for 10 minutes. (For 8 months pregnant women standing waiting is really tired huh).

6. The breakfast place is small, because there are many customers so you have to stand waiting for other customers, and the staff there do not welcome at all. I went over and asked where to sit for us to have breakfast. Until finally another customer gave his place because it was finished.

7. When checking out, give criticism and suggestions to duty manager Stella, only to be responded with apologies. There is no Compliment or other consolation like other 5 star hotels where customer satisfaction is very important.

My experience so far staying at 5 star hotels both abroad and in Indonesia is nothing as bad as the Four Seasons. Very disappointing 5 star hotel brand, street service. No matter how busy / busy the staff is, the staff should remain professional in serving, if you know high season, add staff personnel, don't spy, customer satisfaction is maintained.

What really made me disappointed: at the beginning I informed me that I was sensitive to noise, but the staff serving dishonestly gave information about the condition of the room that was not soundproof and surrounded by 4 mosques, the information was told when I complained about an additional cost still not given.
If the info was told from the start, I would definitely not check in on four seasons and choose another 5 star hotel.

Stayed here during convention. The suite room is just amazing, and furniture are not cheaply made. They use Etro bath amenities, bathroom is all marbled. Nothing about this hotel is cheaply made. Breakfast is also good at Palm court. I love their bar.

Often stay in 5 stars because of the company. So far this four season has the most delicious food, the interior is the cutest and most luxurious. For cleanliness it's also clean except yes because it's an old building so there must be some drawbacks. The staff is also professional and friendly. The swimming pool is also nice, not so wide but lots of trees and nice shape
