One of the best hote in Jakarta. Four Seasons standard is always the best kind of service in the hospitality industry and Four Seasons Jakarta certainly delivers it. Room was large and spacious. It has all the standard 5 star hotel ammenities. Breakfast needs a little improvement but the palm court restaurant is certainly breathtaking. Gym was great but pool is rather small. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good interior. The prayer place is also delicious. The food is yummy

Very good hotel with clean and kind people. Foods are also good and spa is recommended to others. But Spa place is bit cold due to airconditioner.

The place is very strategic in the city center & business center

Everything was very good. Exept several things based on pandemia situation (limitations to use stairs, one can't enter the gym or swimming pool without a staff representative, and a restaurant closes very early)

The place is far away for those from South Jakarta, expensive hotels. Come here for the TV One - Duka Lombok Grief All

I stayed for 2 night from 14-16 April 2021. Among the 5 star hotels, I had stayed, I think Four Seasons has the biggest bedroom and the most luxurious too. All the furniture and room detail are amazing, grand and beautiful.

The food especially the cake was really scrumptious. The service was excellent too eventhough pandemic. The only weakness is Gojek/Grabfood can go the lobby so we must meet them at entrance gate which far enough from lobby.

Love this hotel. The lobby is not big & attractive but efficient, the breakfast restaurent & tea break restaurent has good decoration. I stayed in the 9th Fl. (908), the room condition & equipment is perfect. The closest supermaket/ shopping area to this hotel needs approximately 2km, but it is recommended to go to Grand Indonesia (East & West mall) in which you may find almost what you need for shopping (even some representative local food). Of course, should always have in mind that traffic condition is not good.

Located in the city of heart Jakarta and It's 5 Stars for A very HIGH-END concept Hotel! with a hint of futuristic touch and i had a room with Amazing view of Jakarta City from above,
Also got a humble and nice service from all the employee. Definitely a great hotel to stay. We were sure we will come back again in the future.

Rooms are very opulent and service is top notch, however, the breakfast is quite ordinary and the spread is quite limited.

So far this is the most luxurious hotel in town. They provide everything you need... you name it. I came for a wedding anniversary and the complimented us with 2 small delicious cakes and they even provided macaroons and lollipops for my daughter. Very thoughtful. Spacey room, beautiful interior design inside and outside the room. Huge toilet, nice bathtub, hugeeeee toilet mirror which i love.... Comfortable bathrobes and even mini bathrobe for my daughter. Oh yeah... Did i mention they also provided 2 tvs in the room? Comfortable bed and pillows. I tried the gym facilities, fully equipped, the treadmill has tv with internet connection so i ran happily while watching youtube videos. Yay! Buy maybe this hotel is not kids friendly because they dont have any kids activities such as playground or other activities. And for 5 stars hotel not having a sauna disappoints me. But overall.. i recommend to those wants to staycation with family, or business traveler to stay here. Bravo 4 seasons.

The most comfortable and aesthetic hotel in Jakarta

If you take the busway, get off at the jamsostek gatot subroto stop. The food is good, the hotel is good. Top.
