Visited the residence side of the property, adjacent to the hotel. Time share guests have full access to hotel amenities. If you prefer not to walk, free golf cart service is available on demand (and they are very quick).
Other than a private club or villa, there is no better property in Scottsdale, AZ. Hands down! The staff are amazing, the attention to the smallest detail to make your stay comfortable is amazing.
Simply cannot recommend this property enough. It deserves 10 stars.
Even the well healed affluent Scottsdale residents will leave their homes to spend a weekend here as a staycation.
It's pricey. IT'S WORTH IT! Go there a treat yourself to some luxury.

This place is petty, I stayed there a few months back and not only did the valet break my key to my car which immediately made me irritated for my first impression and first stay, then the valet acted like it was my fault and it was no big deal. Nobody was there, not even one car and there was no reason to move my car. I left a unpleasant review on TripAdvisor they contacted me back and offered to pay for the broken key and apologized then offered to comp or make my next stay better. I contacted them this week and decided to give it another try and they insulted me by offering $50 off! lol that doesn't even pay for the taxes of any room they have there. I would be very careful when booking and spending a crazy amount of money just to have your vacation or stay ruined by bad customer service.

Went for a birthday weekend holiday. Stayed in a 1 bedroom casita with plunge pool and it was amazing! Service was impeccable from start to finish. Pool side cabana was filled with amenities, we took a long afternoon nap after a dip in the pool. Again great service from our pool server. Valet and room service were very helpful. Front desk stepped out from behind the desk to give me keys- nice touch!

A retreat in the high mountains of Scottsdale, this hotel is unique and true to the surroundings and the environment. The walks alone are enough to entertain most. Amazing level of tranquility, peace and quiet. With all the trademark amenities you d expect at any Four Seasons.

The resort is in a beautiful location and has top notch amenities. However, I want to give special attention to the staff. I have never been more welcomed than during my brief stay here. The staff was kind, helpful, and engaging. There are many places that have stunning views or excellent food, but here is a rare place that makes you want to come back just as much because of the people than because of those other things.

Fantastic service. Some nice hikes nearby. Lovely location and view. Pool area is luxurious and relaxing. Good restraints with tasty food. Free valet and car rental, and plenty of free iced refreshment. Great scenic drive in, but watch for the photo radar police traps. Sunscreen to buy there is very expensive however, so bring your own. Not too far from the scottdale shopping area: 20mins maybe?

I've never stayed at a 'bad' Four Seasons and Scottsdale certainly didn't disappoint. What sets this one apart from their other locations is the setting. The contrast of desert, mountains, and lush landscaping create breathtaking views in 360 degrees at all hours of the day. The local sourced food also made for an amazing experience at the restaurants and conference events.

I stayed here with my family and was incredibly pleased! The service was incredible...I actually left something at the suite after we checked out and the security was so kind that they mailed it to me free of charge within days!

Beauty landscape and truly a 5 star resort! If your the outdoorsy type then this is the place to stay considering its proximity to Pinnacle Peak.

The food was surprisingly good as well as the service. My salmon was excellent and everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Sometimes hotel restaurants are just ok, but this was better than your average hotel restaurant. And the setting is gorgeous! We look forward to coming back!

Top notch service as you'd expect and clean grounds. Beautiful room. Nice amenities. Great food and bars. Plenty of comfy chairs at pool. If I had to nitpick, room with a view blocked by tree lol, and the pool gets a lot of little leaves in it... hard to keep spotless.

Beautiful resort in the middle of desert. It is definitely beyond my expectations. The rooms are surrounded by cactus gardens, which make you learn more about cactus life.
It also has walking trail to the Pinnacle Peak, an amazing place that you won t want to miss while you are here.
The old town - 30 mins drive is also a beautiful scenic town with its boutique shops and cozy bars.

I have not stayed at the resort, but have visited the bar for the view twice in the last month. If you are fine with waiting for a half hour to get your first drink, you might be fine with it. Patio service is terrible. I don't typically write bad reviews unless I have experienced bad service more than once. Well, tonight was a ditto of the last time we were there.

Spent Christmas Eve at the Talavera Restaurant with my husband and a friend. The food was spectacular as well as the atmosphere, the view and the ambiance. The service was outstanding as well. Our waitress was from South Africa and soooo sweet, very professional as well.....overall a fabulous experience....

Had lunch here. Most of their outlets were closed at 2pm, no restaurant, no bar. The only facility serving food (and drinks) was Proof, their American comfort food place. Service was good, but I made the mistake of ordering their chicken wings. The wings were the smallest I had ever seen and didn't look like chicken at all, although my waitress insisted that was what they were. I enjoyed my drink but not so much my meal. Will visit again when the resort restaurants are open.

I was at this place to have a launch. The view is beautiful, the gardening areas are really amazing , all looking organized and clean, the customer service really friendly and the plate of food and the dessert I try was perfect.
