An amazing hotel that lives up to the Four Seasons brand. Some rooms have a balcony that brings a unexpected treat. Food and amenities are expensive but at least WiFi is free although a bit slow. You can pay to upgrade, which is probably necessary if you have any work to get done.

A little frayed around the edges, though frankly still in very good condition, and apparently they're about to embark on a major refurb. As ever with Four Seasons, the staff are second to none. I wouldn't pay rack, but there are some good offer rates to be had.

SHOUT out to ALEX our Concierge perfectionist !
Go to the side street to park not the front.
$$$but it is LA even with validation.
Guest can have dry cleaning back 2-4 hours. Even at 6 pm. Wow!
Wine list for dinner California Reds .
Chicken is delicious and the Cheesecake melts in your mouth really melts .
Restaurant staff was lovely and always available and to top off used our name as we are guest staying in the hotel! Attention to details ! Price for dinner $$$$ . While you are there check out the Jewelry store for some fun pieces of "art" not a single solitaire ring in the case .

Relatively reasonable price + great location (one block away from subway station / close to LA downtown and Hollywood if you drive) + cozy and clear room = 4 stars But minus one star since this hotel is little bit of rundown, and needs little bit of upgrade or renovation in the future. Overall the hotel is lovely and cozy. This is not a luxury Hotel. Not modern enough, not very upscale. But very lovely and cozy. However this hotel is little bit of rundown (you can notice some details inside the washroom) Their parking is very safe and easy. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Their courtyard is definitely a must for every visitor. Enjoy drinks and friends under the stars in the courtyard will be one of the highlights.

We were there for Sunday brunch. My family has been to this brunch before. Always great service. This last time our server was less than attentive then others in the past. Several occasions there were times when upon coming back to our table from the buffet, our old plates were still there. Normally this is no big deal, but for the price we are paying, this should be a seemless service. The only other instance that just didn't sit well with me was my uncle asking for a simple picture of the table. Upon asking for the picture, our waiter chose to have us wait as he welcomes another table that had just sat (not even 2 seconds had gone by between them sitting and us asking). Our waiter continues to have a conversation with that table as we are left waiting. While there is nothing wrong, the situation just didn't feel right. Again great food just the service didn't seem up to standard in this instance.

I had a terrible experience at this place. So unhappy. Over priced and my drink sucked. My red wine was chilled and gave me a stomach ache. The chicken was over seasoned. Got hives from either the linen or shampoo. Just wasn't a good experience

My favorite place to be treated like VIP is Four S...

My favorite place to be treated like VIP is Four Seasons Spa in Beverly Hills. I visit several times a year for pool and spa day because of this, together with a history of impeccable service and attention to detail. I use other spas in Los Angeles area but nothing compares to a spa day here. I return to Four Seasons because you feel like VIP from minute you arrive until the time you leave.

The valets open your door, doorman welcomes you. You are escorted to your destination should you require it. If there is problem handled with a smile and to your satisfaction.

You don't have to ask for anything during your stay; all of your needs are anticipated from food, cocktails and even towel set up. There is an awareness throughout of providing an experience that makes you want to come back again and again. I leave feeling relaxed, regenerated and that I have received 5-Star treatment from every staff I encounter.

Take the time to walk through the hotel. Interesting art, flower displays, plush comfortable seating and views.

A note for smokers using pool area. The hotel did their best to keep a smoking area at pool but unfortunately because there is a restaurant poolside lost this ammenity because of City smoking regulations. You must either smoke in garage or on the street outside the entrance to hotel and valet parking. The spa is undergoing renovations at this time but I was not inconvenienced in any way. You have to use different elevator which actually is more direct route to spa. Also there are no plugs to charge your phone poolside but you may have it charged in spa office. Just ask!

Parking options. Valet service or you may use self park behind hotel for free. There is very limited street parking on same street as the self park garage. Self park is usually full but not impossible. Depends on time of day. If you choose this option give yourself time to find space.

Disconnect from your world. Get the best service and leave wanting more. Worth every dollar!

The property is really a unique property centrally located on Doheny in LA (Beverly Hills adjacent) nearby the Beverly Center and the Grove. It's a first class experience and has something for everyone albeit at a price but the pampering is addicting as was Inga the Swedish model and Cassidy the pageant girl. Whoever said dreams don't come true never stayed at the Four Seasons lol

Their rooms were awesome and great! The pool is beautiful, and the kids love it! Compared to other hotels we stayed in the past, this hotel stands out! Their gym is functional and completes. The service is excellent and the staff was fantastic. The kids were sad to go. We will definitely be back and stay for much longer.

Whenever I stay here I feel like an imposter as I could never afford a room except when traveling for business. That said, the staff are always warm and helpful and I have enjoyed several stays here over the last few years. Most recently I had a room with a balcony on a lower floor that was very comfortable. I walk in LA and this pace is nearby some good spots to visit for eating out. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and I love a chat with the staff. Extra comfortable, indulgent offerings throughout and I do love to ride in the house car which is free but a tip is required for the driver. They have a Rolls Royce Phantom!

There is nothing about this hotel that says Four seasons other than the number of "I'm so sorry"s that you will hear!!!
1_ Construction noise from the adjacent high rise building under construction is LOUD , so LOUD you can't sleep with doors closed! And they don't disclose until you get to your room and see the paper on a table saying" we are SORRY for the noise"
2_ Rooms smell like cigarettes, so smelly after changing one room, we realized they are all smelly!
3- I forgot to pack my jewellery called the hotel 2 hour after checkout to let them know and too bad the person who found it wasn't honest enough to return it!

If you are unlucky enough to end up in this hotel at least tripple check before you leave because the worst thing after a terrible stay is to find you lost your belongings!

Although the assistant manager was kind apologized many times and even gave us some flowers no one desrerves to stay in a hotel like this after spending almost $700/ night.

An absolutely beautiful property (in the land of many beautiful, famous hotels), but it's the service that makes The Four Seasons stand out.

We recently had a fantastic experience facilitated by Momodou at the front desk. During these challenging times dealing with a pandemic, Momodou was comforting, kind, empathetic, accommodating, patient, and creative in problem-solving for us - a true ambassador for The Four Seasons brand. We are so grateful for him and all of the staff at The Four Seasons who are showing up to work every day for the safety and comfort of their guests.

There are many choices for luxury hotels in this area. We HIGHLY recommend The Four Seasons because of Momodou.

I was here for a private party at the restaurant. The space was wildly overcrowded and hard to move inside, but I blame the event organizers for that, not the venue nor venue staff, which respectively was nice and efficiently served

Always a luxury to step into the Four Seasons LA/BH on Doheny. From the moment you walk into the lobby and hotel staff greets you with an authentic welcome... until the moment you climb into your heavenly bed... it s a dreamy experience. Great location between weho and Beverly Hills too. My go to spot for a weekend spa day, even though I live in LA:)

Great place to hold events. They were very helpful with the setup, power, and accommodations for our crew & led wall. Not sure who was the hotel liaison that dayx but she was super nice, friendly, and made herself very available to us. Love working here!

Just attended an event in their ballroom. So not able to review rooms and all services. Lovely ballroom and generally pleasant staff. I've been to other FS properties that were far more impressive. I took a luxury Lyft there thinking I wanted to arrive in style to a Four Season location but found an economy car would have been just fine.. Would stay there if in town again soon.

The Beverly Hills Four Seasons is a nice little get away spot centrally located in Beverly Hills. You are a short drive (by LA standards) to WeHo, Culver City, and Santa Monica. The room service here is great and the staff always courteous and catering to our needs. Its amenities are comfortable and tastefully done. The back courtyard is also a nice touch. Being where it is located you have many excellent restaurant choices within the area and a prime grocery store just north of the Doheny location.

Our waiter saved this from being a one star review.

My family of four had Christmas brunch at the Four Seasons. First, the good. The food was plentiful and tasteful, as I had previously experienced. Expensive, but worth it. The dining room staff was especially friendly.

Our experience, however, did not begin well. My wife made reservations weeks in advance and asked for a table by the window in the main dining room. She was told at the time that the restaurant did not reserve tables; however, they would do their best to accommodate us. We were among the first to arrive and my wife again reminded the woman at check-in that we had requested a table by the window. We were taken to the main dining room but led to a table away from the window table we had requested. No other parties were in the dining room and all tables were open. We asked if we could sit at the requested table. The person who led us to the table left to ask the woman in the front who was assigning tables. After several minutes, he returned and told us that the table we requested was saved for a party that sits there every Christmas.

Okay Four Seasons, either you reserve tables or you don't. Just be up front and tell us. And, if so, put a reserve sign on it.

Our waiter, Dee Dee recognized our disappointment and ultimately arranged for us to sit at the table we requested in the first place. Dee Dee made our day! She was extremely attentive and exemplified true customer service and the Christmas spirit. It's amazing how one simple act of kindness can impact a person's experience.

I have no idea if that table was truly reserved or we were fed a bunch of bull, but it left a very sour taste in my mouth.

The only other issue I have is the apparent disappearance of a special treat for Hilton Honors members. Gone are the days of complimentary water, cookies, or both. It used to be a nice touch.

With so much so close, and so much to see and do around the property, a brand new hotel, and really nice rooms, I have to give this place 5 stars, despite the parking and slamming doors.

While I was perfectly happy with almost everything at the Four Seasons, I regret that it wasn't a little grander in ways that are fitting, firstly for a prestigious hotel in Beverly Hills, and secondly for the outfit I was wearing. Would it be too much trouble to introduce a designated dress code? Then I wouldn't have to stare at someone else's bare hairy thighs while I'm eating. Of course, my raised expectations are not the management's fault. Nonetheless, I'm deducting one star - and one entire Season - for this.

Had brunch at the pool restaurant. It was perfect weather. The servers were extremely nice and attentive. They even brought a doggie bed and milk bone on a plate for the pooch.
The breakfast wrap was delicious. Loved the hot sauce on the side. The sweet potato fries were the best I ever tasted in my entire life.
The Christmas decorations were breathtakingly beautiful.
