I recently had an experience that left me feeling quite unsatisfied. From the start, the communication was not as clear as I hoped, and it took longer than expected to get the service arranged. 📅

When the work was finally done, I noticed several areas that seemed rushed and not up to standard. It felt like details were overlooked, and I don’t have the confidence that the job will hold up. 🏚️

I expected more attention to quality, and frankly, it's disheartening when you invest in a service. I wish I could recommend them, but I'll be looking elsewhere for my future needs. 🔍

We were extremely pleased with the results of the work of Foundation Pro. Their crew was exceptional! Two days of hard work and they were through. They left no mess, no extra dirt in the lawn, everything looked great when they finished. We had put off the repair for years and are SO glad we finally got Foundation Pro to handle the job. We would recommend them highly to anyone needing foundation repair.

I recently purchased a home in Hot Springs, and although I was told that this area doesn't have many foundation issues, this home did. So, after getting the house inspection to satisfy the lender, a crack was found in the crawl space back wall. That could have meant a bad day, but after consulting the seller, my lender, and Mr. Stroud with Foundation Pro, everything came together seamlessly, easily, and timely. We were in a crunch. We had to close by a certain date, or our CU would impose penalties and our interest rate would be lost. I explained the situation, and despite having a full work load, and his wedding anniversary with his wife, Mr. Stroud rearranged the affairs to have it done, so we could close. He worked with the schedule, did a great job, and did it all in one day. That's right, one day! They are top class, and the work is warrantied for as long as that home stands (at least the part they repaired). I would recommend them without any hesitation, and would always use them again, should something happen. They are real professionals. If you need help with your foundation, please, use them. You won't regret it.

Brent at Foundation Pro was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I recently used Foundation Pro to complete a required inspection while selling a home. Right at the scheduled time, Brent showed up and stepped me through his inspection process and his recommendations, and also made himself available to answer any lingering questions the buyers had. Great to work with and I absolutely recommend this company!

Had several companies come by and looked at my foundation issues. Foundation Pro seemed to be the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Still I was not sure. So I hired a structural engineer for $600, who basically told me the same thing as Brent at Foundation Pro told me. Don t bother wasting your time getting other quotes with fast talking, high pressure salesmen that are more worried about making a sale than fixing your problem. OR wasting your money hiring a structural engineer who is going to tell you exactly the same thing Foundation Pro is going to tell you! What sealed the deal was his other references which I checked on to make sure they did what they claimed. Now, I m another satisfied customer they can add to their list of references. Plus the transferable lifetime warranty is an other bonus too when it comes time to sell my home, peace of mind to me and the next buyer. Something you cannot put a price on!

I was very impressed with Foundation Pros. Brent was very honest with his evaluation of the foundation of our house. Where others may have been dishonest to get the work, he explained to me very clearly the condition of our house and why no further work was needed. I would highly recommend Foundation Pros for any foundation related issues.

The cost was reasonable, the work was done in a professional manner, the office support staff was well informed and helpful, the work crew was well trained and walked us through the process to alleviate any concerns we had. A very good experience overall.

Through google, I found foundation pro. The free estimates is what sold me last year when we were buying an older house. Foundation pro came out and gave an inspection and told us it would be less than $2k to fix some settling that had happened (older house) which made us feel comfortable buying this house due to the foundation not being an expensive issue. Fast forward one year, we were selling our house and foundation pro came out again - due to a ton of miscommunication which we have yet to receive a call back about- and told our buyer that the foundation needed $8k+ of foundation work done. Needless to say, our buyer backed out 2 weeks before we were set to close. We got a second opinion from a highly recommended foundation company and got him to do a thorough check of our foundation and was told it would be about $2k to fix the settling that had happened. Highly disappointed in this company and very annoyed they blew our house deal due to being greedy and trying to get more money out of us. Not the kind of company I want to support and give money too.

After leaving the review, I was contacted by foundation pro to further look into our disatisfaction with this company. The owner, Bob, called and set up a meeting to look at the area of concern on our house that upcoming week. While he was here, he expressed his concern about this review and had a paper trail trying to figure out why we had such a bad experience with his company. After further review, he said that he disagreed with his colleague on his inspection the prior week and did not recommend foundation work on the area of concern. He offered to pay to have a structural engineer come out and assess the area of concern so we would have an unbiased opinion. We got the report back yesterday that stated "no structural repairs of modification are suggested or necessary for the home to remain safe and structurally sound". This was a huge relief from the confusing estimates we received from foundation pro. It would appear, if you have the same foundation pro inspector, the issue we had should not happen. I will stand by my review because it was how I felt in the moment and I believe that my words on a public platform were the only reason we got any type of answers. I will commend foundation pro- specifically the owner Bob- on being quick to try and make a wrong, right- by following up and keeping us updated.

Foundation pro did an incredible job with our foundation! We had a pretty unique problem that several other foundation companies wouldn t even touch. Foundation pro went above and beyond to help us find a solution and get it done quickly and for a reasonable price! 10/10 recommend!

Brent really knows his stuff, and what s more, he excels at explaining everything in ways the average person can understand. He really took the time to go over everything with me, and was a joy to work with. Highly recommend. You can t do better than Brent!

I met with Brent at my home about a possible foundation issue. He went above and beyond when he pointed out that my foundation was fine and found the true case of my problem, which was outside his scope of work. It takes an honest person to spent his time to figure out my problem knowing he is not going to make money off it getting fixed. I ll definitely call them again if I have a foundation problem.

We have had a growing problem with our foundation and I have talked to Brent Stroud and the good people at Foundation Pro for the last few years about it. For one thing they did not just jump at the chance to make money, they took the their time and did not repair the foundation until it was necessary. Then I was very happy at the way they worked. They were sensitive to my families living environment and made sure not to disturb us especially while we were home schooling and all quarantined there. Robert and the crew were very careful and they finished what looked like an enormous amount of work quickly and quietly. Everyone was professional and courteous. It seemed to take no time at all to lift our home and repair the foundation. They also have a lifetime guarantee and have assured us that they will be happy to return if there are any foundation problems with the house moving forward. Well done! They also gave us a competitive rate compared to other companies who I will not mention here then beat their price.

My 2 story home had sagging floor joists. Foundation Pro was consulted after having a home inspection by a structural engineer. A solution and competitive bid were proposed after the engineer's report was reviewed, an onsite inspection was conducted, and the engineer was consulted for approval of their plan. My confidence in Foundation Pro grew as the job was delivered. The adequately numbered crews worked hard for two full days and were always courteous and sensitive to homeowner privacy. Straight shooting and honest! Foundation Pro came out to check on some concerns we had about some cracking in our brick. They did our foundation repair for about half of what an independent structural engineer estimated it would cost. Brent Stroud was very polite and professional and had great communication. I wanted some technical details and he was happy to explain everything to my satisfaction and to answer all of my questions. Repair was done quickly and came with a 2 year warranty. Very satisfied and would be happy to recommend them to others.

I first contacted Foundation Pro in April due to a small crack I had at the back of my house. Chris Perez came out and looked at it as well as checking for unlevel walls and floors. He told me at that time that it didn t require immediate attention but that he would check back at the end of the summer. I called him in mid-August after discovering a new crack that appeared in a matter of days. He came right out and looked at it and recommended that repairs be made as soon as possible. They were out here within a couple of days and did a fantastic job of closing all the cracks on the outside and fixing doors that wouldn t close inside. Chris was very nice, even apologetic, at the amount of work that was going to be required. He was very professional and addressed all of my concerns. He gave me the best possible quote and arranged a discount for me! I will recommend Foundation Pro and Chris Perez to any of my friends and neighbors who have questions about their foundation.

I would highly recommend Foundation Pro. We were referred to them by our Realtor friend because we were having some separation in our floor planks that indicated a compromise in our foundation. Jeff came out and analyzed and felt that it wasn't anything serious, but that when we started replacing the flooring we should call them when the old stuff was removed so they could put in concrete staples, if needed. We were worried about how we would juggle the schedule when the flooring company started, but Foundation Pro was so flexible and came exactly when we needed them. Jeff looked at it and told us we didn't need the staples, and it cost us nothing. What a reputable, ethical company - we are very impressed and would not hesitate to call them for any future needs.
