Great quality. First direct experience: misunderstanding over size, turned out to be my fault. Pay attention to the proofs provided.

Called mid-afternoon and needed a 45 page document printed (x4 copies) AND delivered in less than 22 hours. Didn't even manage to get the document to the printer until 2 hours to the delivery deadline, but they still aced the printing, bound everything (complete with front and back cover), and sprinted out the door to deliver the documents 3 blocks away, BY HAND. I've never met people nicer than Linda and her team, who went above and beyond to help get my documents to their proper owner.

Fantastic. I sing with a local choir and we've been using Fotoprint for a long time for our posters and tickets. The company work brilliantly as a team, very efficiently and to a very high quality. Thank you so much.

Fantastic! I have been in the marketing business in Victoria for 27 years working with many printers throughout that time. For the last 7 years I counted on one printing company for 99% of my printing until he closed up shop last year leaving me to find a new company. Thankfully he recommended Fotoprint.

Fotoprint are amazing corporate citizens. They are a great supporters of local charities and are always there to stand up and be counted.

We were working on a large important bid proposal in a very short time frame, and were struggling to find a printer that could have our project printed and delivered by our deadline. Most print offices we spoke with had to stifle their laughter at our seemingly unachievable request. We found Fotoprint less than 24 hours before our deadline, spoke with Linda, asking if it was possible for them to have it printed and delivered to the submission office by 12pm on Friday, and she assured us that she would make it happen.

We had a large document, 45 pages, needing 4 copies to be printed, with bleeds, double sided, bound with covers, packaged individually with two additional documents, all needing to be delivered prior to 12. We got the document to Linda by 10am, had it proofed by 11, and had to be in the hands of the receiver by 12!

Linda went above and beyond, and ran three blocks to HAND DELIVER it to our receiver. I don't know many companies, or people, who would go above and beyond their job scope to deliver this level of customer service, especially to a new customer with less than 24 hours notice. We could not have completed our project without her amazing work and dedication. Through our many phone calls, over a span of 2 hours, Linda and Fotoprint have proven that they are Customer Service Champions, and today they were our heroes!

Linda and the crew at FotoPrint got it DONE for me. I needed biz cards- next day! I had nothing designed/only the text I wanted. She called to tell me they couldn't get it done that fast... but when I explained the urgency of the situation, (I may or may not have resorted to begging ) they went ahead from scratch - designing and producing a perfect card for me - all over the phone - sent me the proofs, and had them ready for me to pick up next morning on the way to the airport for my conference.
