Though it took time, patience and focus on our part, the Foster Thomas Outsourced Recruiting Model (OTR) has been successful for us. We were able to fill 3 positions (salesperson, customer service rep. and designer) through the OTR. We had been trying to fill these positions for a while with no success until we utilized the OTR. Also, the quality of candidates presented to us via OTR was very good and the support from Heather and Lia was great. We monitor and control the OTR fees by giving Heather and Lia guidelines to follow to try and help keep costs down. We would use the program again for future recruiting.
