With properties across four different condo complexes in South Florida for about 10 years, I have dealt with over 8 property management companies. Hands down, Foster Company is #1 due to their customer service. They are responsive, flexible, and always professional. If there is a mistake, they admit to it and help quickly correct it. This experience is consistent with the top most person at the company as well as with several staff members.
