Very bad customer service they will speak to you after 30-40 mins staff behave as if they are the owners

Totally irresponsible and no care attitude especially the manager..when the chief in charge is like this what is expected of the others?My car had one problem (gear getting stuck in P mode)and after their help it has numerous problems(now my car is moving forward in R mode AND back in D mode).Answer given for the issue is "He is lacking in staff".

This is a Ford showroom where you manage to buy cars and muv both at installments and net payment and also book for new models

I bought my Ecosport from this outlet last year in March and was committed to a 3 year insurance with my new car.It was week before today that I started to receive calls stating my car insurance was getting over this month,when I enquired on the same I was told that my car insurance was only for a year and the next two years it just a third party insurance.This was never explained to me by anyone in Fortune Ford,and I was like living up with the impression that my car is covered nil dip for 3 years.I was told by the General manager that it was signed by you,and you should be aware.I eventually had to sign 100 pages before I picked my car back home, however this was never ever explained by anyone.I question Ford on lines of pure customer expectation and explanation.If you can explain the car in detail to a customer before you sell it,why can't you explain the insurance policy to the same person???. I have logged a complain on basis of the form 20 that was furnished and I now feel I have been trapped in this .

Please be very careful if you are ever dealing with people on hidden surprises.On a lighter note,I was also charged for a fasttag and was never provided with one...Read,judge and choose wisely.

Very slow service, makes us waiting for so many days

Good team. Imraan is an excellent guy...delay in service may be because they need to increase service points. Good hospitality. Service Advisor need to find sometime to plan and interact with customers to give them a feel. Who can be better than Imraan. I suggest Imraan to spend some time on training the service advisors to better customer satisfaction to customer delight.

I have taken Ecosport from Fortune, Awesome Sales Experience. Already my car has completed two Services and Service Experience is also too good.

Very bad customer service. Once they have sold the car (that too after overpricing the car so much), they will never even pick up or respond to your calls. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from fortune ford especially Towlichowki location. You will always get a bad deal, i can guarantee it.

As usual FORD after sales leaves much to be desired. Parts and service very costly. Its better to buy parts from the market.

I had a poor experience with the sales team based in Tolichowki, Hyderabad. But first let me point out that there was no response to my query on their website for a new Ecosport even after a week. Therefore I had to walk in to the showroom to enquire. While hospitality - water, tea etc was alright what was lacking was knowledge of the product with the sales person. For instance they could not explain the difference between AMT/DCT/AT. Later I had the test drive and was about to book the Automatic Petrol version of the Ford Ecosport although I had some misgivings on the A- pillar of the car which was creating a blind spot. The sales person was sticking to a particular price and despite my suggestion that it should be taken up with a higher up for a final view, she was adamant - a take it or leave it basis.
Therefore of course I walked out and purchased the Hyundai Venue which is a superb vehicle.

Very rigid people in terms of price negotiation and didn't treat us with basic dignity. If they can't close the deal they start showing the actual rude verbal behavior. While the executive made us wait that their manager wanted to speak to us but was roaming around in front of us intentionally with reckless attitude and waited us to leave, where in a simple NO would have saved atleast mutual time and efforts!

Hard to get them to respond to you if you have an issue to get loans. It wasn't a great experience for me in my last 2 visits.

Customer friendly place.Sales person Satish was very kind and explained in detail about the cars. They offered test drive of both figo and ecosport without any hassle. Highly recommend this place if you are planning to buy ford vehicle.

It was very nice..the showroom is spacious, easily fits 8 to 10 cars for display in the showroom.. showroom management were well skilled,well co-operative.. nice experience

Nice ambience sales executives are responsive parking of car is difficult because of used car parked.

Good service but long waiting time. The staff were friendly and ready to explain everything about the car queries . However it takes about an hour and half just to replace a side mirror .

First thing it was Navrathri season and everyone in the showroom were busy with deliveries. Sales executive Mr. Shiva has provided us a test drive even during that time and it was flawless. 5 star for the ecosport test drive. They don't have a proper parking space for visitor vehicles .

Worst service at tolichowki. Service advisers don't know anything. They don't know even what are the features available. "They says this feature is not available in this model.". They don't advice what is the problem and is that covered under warranty etc..
Finally it's worst experience so far from last 2 services.

If u choose to purchase a new car its only one name u can trust its fortune ford,no blaming, friendly staff.take my review as example,i live in vizag,when im interested to buy a new car ford EcoSport S,when it newly launched amid may,i jst call near vizag ford dealer he said he can't deliver d car of this newly launched one, previous people who booked d car he didn't even delivered the car who booked on dec nd jan,he is still nagging about d date of delivery,i think he might take 4-5 months fr delivery,i thought he is not the super dealer to deliver the new car, immediately i called fortune ford they arranged the delivery in less than one week,i trusted them and traveled long way from vizag to hyd,they delivered the car as they said,it is my second car deliver from dis showroom previously its my brother in law's car of same model but old EcoSport 2015 at that time too,that delivered within one week,hats off to those people.jst trust on them they are fabulous.jst trust me

Ihave requested for test drive they said not available when i went to showroom on 13th aug and said they will arrange on 16th but no call from them then i hve live chatted and complined then they have given directions to showroom. Finally they called but called me100 times to locate my address which is very easy location in madhapur area, they asked my apts name 10 times, they can use GPS but not and they have not written my address when they are coming to my home. Very horrible situation, i bave lost half of my day which i kept leave.

Decent customer service. Takes too long for car service, some times 2 days.

Driving experience is very good but in titanium ford ecosport . android auto , Google dynamic maps were missing instead ford maps which are not accurate.

When I visited sometime ago to purchase a car, i was really surprised to the professionalism of the people who work here. They wer very polite and I found them well trained in the subject they are dealing. They relentlessly answers all the questions that we had asked about car before taking decision.
I liked the showroom and the people here. My advise is before you buy any car, unless pre-decided, visit the place once to know more and take an informed decision.
