The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The store has everything you need, but may be missing some of the more speciality items. I shop here weekly and it's my go to for quick grocery runs.

This place should be CLOSED !!!!! I am in Instacart shopper and while I was doing an order there yesterday, ON MOTHERS DAY, I saw they had mice crawling around the store. DISGUSTING ! Never in my 23 years of living have I ever scene mice in a grocery store ! And as I said, I m an Instacart shopper , so it s literally my job to be in these places. They paid no mind to it and continued on with their business. Clearly they are not letting their customers know, so I will.

Expensive, but one of the few places to get PC brand foods.

My fave when in Hamilton. We get snacks and salads when I'm working in town. Always good.

Only store I can go into and everything I need at affordable prices. The produce is always fresh and doesn't have to be thrown out the day after buying it.

It's best to go in the morning to get your quick shopping done.

Usually excellent service; one manager has a bad tendency to rudely berate employees in public.

Expensive place to get groceries but lots of available variety. Pretty outdated in comparison to other Fortinos stores in Hamilton and Burlington area.

The plaza is insanely busy because of the traffic from mcdonalds, but the foritnos is as good as any.

Staff was denying entry to people who were claiming disability. They even argued with the customer saying they didn't believe they had a disability. As if a supermarket staff is even qualified to determine. Embarassing

Good service. Very few lineups. The prices are very high for fruits and vegetables. Good prices on meat if on sale. Nice staff. Clean store. Great flower shop selection.

This place gets worse all the time. Management was better a few years back, more care then. Employees seem unhappy and the one guy wears way too much cologne. Westdale is further but much better.

I went here for lunch from where I'm working right now and the cafe/store has some good solid and healthy selections (as well as not so healthy but tasty) for lunch! I had the California Salad with Avocado (poppy seed dressing - light or regular) and it was very good with lots of toppings besides just lettuce. It was really fresh and reasonably priced.

My favourite grocery store in the city. Great selection - great staff - very fashionable uniforms.

My only complaint is the scent of cologne that assaults me almost every time I browse the dairy section. My father once told me 'less is more'.

This fortinos is great, mainly because it's close to where I live. It is a bit smaller than other fortinos so you can't get any Joe Fresh things, but that can be beneficial if you don't have unlimited money. Highly recommend if you need groceries.

I prefer food basics over fortinos!! The store is well lit and you would probably get everything you need but everything is pricey in here.

One stop shop for all your grocery needs with very pleasant staff to assist shoppers. Beautiful displays of the freshest fruits and vegetables, a wide selection of grocery items as well as a wide array of meats, ethnic foods and alcohol is available at this location.

Has everything you expect, but is old. Needs a facelift and better produce stock.

I rarely do reviews, but I feel that I need to review the PC express at this location. From the very first day we did a pick up here the staff has been amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that we are happy with our order. The produce is always top freshness, every time. They let me know if an item will be expiring soon, so that I can decide if I still want it. They are friendly to me and my kids. We are always sent off with a cute little themed goodie bag (Fal/Christmas/Halloween etc.) and a water if we want. Lucy stands and waves as we drive off, which makes me feel like I'm leaving my grandparents house after a Sunday dinner. LOL! Top notch service and extra time with my family. Thank you Sean and Fortinos Dundurn.

Always a great selection, a little pricey on some items as like any other grocery stores!!

My family members have become regulars at the Bean Roast for over 8 years. We truly enjoy the friendly service from Shawn, Paula and Marisol. Having a spot like this makes grocery shopping much more pleasant and convenient. I would recommend this location for a great cup of java and a treat anytime. Very handy to get your groceries and stop for a quick bite to eat.

It has everything you are looking for however not all the produce are fresh.

Great store with a lot of extra shopping. Enjoy the sushi bar and the variety of premium coffee beans at the coffee shop.

Hot food is available and good prices.

Prices have been jacked way too much. There is no reason I should be paying 30-100% more here for the same products. However, the meat and fish counter are good quality, I shop for veggies and other things elsewhere, but food basics etc. Simply don't have enough the fresh fish. Great staff behind the butcher counter and friendly helpful fish guy.

My go to grocery store. Good selection, decent prices, fresh food.

Quite a few sales and I get a TON of PC points shopping here. The store is clean and there's no "weirdos" like some of the cheaper stores.

I'll pay a little more peace and quiet.

Fortinos is good for having a wide selection of products to choose from. But their prices on most items are too expensive. I only shop there for items that I can't find anywhere else.

For a location this size, and they only have one public washroom for customers is completely unacceptable.

To the employee who saw me waiting for the washroom after the senior had used it and failed to tell me you were going to clean the washroom, thank you very much.

You could have waited for 1 minute while I used it I'm sure your supervisor would have understood that a customer needed to use.

It's a Fortinos. Exactly what you expect. Nice to have cafe as well though.

Always have good customer service here! Kaley really helped me out by being patient when I came in with a burnt thump and took forever to cash out.

Very pricey, but very fresh produce and seafood. Self serve checkouts never seem to work well.

I went to pick up groceries for an elderly lady, the cashier forgot to put the grapes in one of my 3 bags of groceries plus 5 cases of lemon pop and 2 packages of toilet paper. On my way out, she reminded me to not forget all my grocery bags. Paid a total of $ 91.00 plus total. When i got to the place and we were unpacking, we found out that the grapes wasn't in the bags. I decided to go back as it cost $ 9.11 just for the grapes. The cashier is gone home, so i went to the customer service. Sorry, very poor customer service than what i used to. They were giving me the grapes, how about going back in forth on a snowy day in darkness ? ? ?

The custom made cakes are delicious. They have a good vareity of food available.

Staff are very helpful. Lots of good selection and their produce is always fresh and lasts a few days longer than other grocery stores. Parking is always available thanks to the large plaza parking lot.
