The staff at Classic Home Furnishings are extremely attentive and thorough and I could not have asked for a better experience. I dealt with the owners when it came to both furnishing my home and also when it came to ordering blinds/shades. Julia, one of the owners, checked in with me throughout the entire process to ensure I was completely satisfied. I highly reccomend this local business to anyone looking for exceptional service and equally exceptional furniture to outfit their home. Thanks again!

Interested in the sale, then they couldn t care less. Spend over $6,000. For two sofas. Not even a follow up call. When I raised a complaint I was completely blown off. I will never ever buy anything from them again. I would much rather support the small, independent stores, but not this one.

This is the most disorganized and dishonest business I've ever dealt with. We've had an appointment scheduled a week in advance for Saturday afternoon. The owner of the store had completely forgot about the appointment and then lied about being busy, etc... The family of four waited for her to come on Saturday and she did not have professional courtesy to handle the appointment correctly or call in the event of not being able to make it.

I walked into Classic Home Furnishings looking for 2 area rugs. Little did I know what an experience I was in for! I went from purchasing 2 rugs to redecorating 7 rooms purchasing numerous rugs, runners, window treatments, wall art, accessories & furniture along the way.

Classic Home Furnishings offers quality furniture and other great home furnishings at competitive prices & varying price points. I love browsing through the showroom and I always find (or I m shown) great furniture and unique accessories that compliment my existing decor and furnishings.

Julia and her team are amazing! They are always welcoming & ready to assist. This team of designers are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Julia even customized my service with an in home design knowing what I needed/wanted before I did! She was extremely patient as I went back and forth before ultimately deciding to do what she had recommended in the first place.

Their customer service is second to none - from the designers, office staff, delivery men & installers - the service was all outstanding. Julia s attention to detail and communication in keeping me apprised during the pandemic with production updates and shipping statuses was
reassuring during a stressful time.
The delivery men & installers are all professional, neat and followed COVID 19 social distancing protocols. I also had one return and it was easy & seamless.

I am very happy with my Classic Home Furnishings experience and products and I can t wait to redecorate a few more rooms.

When delivered I was informed of perfect placement and they even answered questions about the best pieces to accent the room with. Beautiful store with huge selection. They ve given me lots of great advice with regard to design, layout and fabrics. The customer service has been excellent and my furniture was delivered on time. I ve especially appreciated their ideas on mixing a gorgeous antique rug with modern furniture. My room is coming together wonderfully. Very happy with this experience. Highly recommend.

I just love Classic Home Furnishings! My husband and I were met by Randi when we first wandered in to just browse. She took us under her wing to help us decorate our 1st home and we have been so happy with her help and her knowledge on decorating and quality furniture. I could not have made my home the way it is now with out her help!! We have ordered several pieces of furniture from them so far and we don't plan on stopping until our house is complete!
