Nice Casino, friendly service, and roomy. I m glad they have the automated CRAPS machine. But it s very Smokey inside and doesn t make me want to stay too long.
Rode out with some buddies. Motorcycle parking! Clean place, buffet, players club, lots of machines. Not a personal fan of casinos in general but not a bad place. Good little ride.
Machines never really pay out..my friend's agree. Not worth the extra time and gas if never a reward.
It's not Talking Sticks, but good card games and a lot quieter than Talking Sticks. I like it better when i just want to gamble.
Been coming here once every few weeks for about a year always max bet and not once had a big win in countless spins. Today I hit 90 free spins on a max $3.00 bet and thought this was a good one. It ended up paying $140. Other casinos I've hit less spins paid over a thousand. Slots are not good to me here
I will never stay at The Fort after today! I called 3 days ago to make room reservations for this Sat./Sun. I normally don't like talking to recorders but, I did leaving my name, phone#, code for the room offer, the recording said "we'll get right back w/you" that was a lie, here it is Thurs. and still NO RETURNED CALL. I Called them back today, telling them bout my past call, and that I'd like a room + they send me to 5 different people/depts., I finally got to really talk to someone and I was told their all booked up. It was such a headache of a process.
It's a small casino in comparison to talking Stick and casino az.which makes it easier to navigate when you're looking for someone. I have had hot and cold streaks consistant of any casino. They have an awesome bakery and a few eateries I haven't tried. Overall less traffic and noise than larger casinos and they have changed the games and location of machines.
The casino is okay but as far as the Red Rock buffet is concerned, IT IS WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE KING CRAB LEGS!! THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE SNOW CRAB LEGS AND DROP THE PRICE!!
Went to mothers day brunch at the red rock. Great food. Lousy services. Never got a refill until on our drinks until it was obvious we were getting ready to leave.
Clean with nice servers, but not worth the price. $30 for small mediocre buffet, so not worth it.
Went To Restaurant In Ft Hills To Meet Friends And Stopped By Fort McDowell H e Not Been There For Close To 5 Years. We Used To Go Fairly Often Play Bingo Poker & Blackjack. But The Changed There Rating System And We Got Tired Of The Smoke. The Other Casinos.Have Air Piped In Through The Floors & It Makes A Huge Difference! We Really Just Walked Around Played A Couple Machine And Decided To Leave. Parking Was Horrible As Well ...Doing Some Construction In BACK.
Went to bingo had a great time did not win came very close still a good time
Mishiens were tighter than usual and drink's were expensive.
Went there on Saturday for the Dungeness crab buffet. Awesome!!! Had to do a little gambling while we were there. I made out better at the bufy
Love this place and they always treat me great on the golfing is among the best
Love the all you can eat crab legs but the cost too expensive. What a shame.
You can die of thirst there. Beveage servers are few and not customer friendly. They are in a hurry and ignore you. Machines tighter than closer casinos. Buffet drink service is also bad. Had to ask 4 times for paper napkins. Players cards don't work in all of the machines. Not going to rush
back
My favorite! Great entertainment and winnings! Bingo payouts best in the valley!
Love playing BINGO great place won got some money if you're lucky. I did.
The workers are rude, ugly atmosphere, while waiting to get a players card it a worker took her sweet time to help people. I've been to quite a few casinos and I must say this one is bad. I would recommend for people to stay clear of such a horrible casino especially if you're looking to actually enjoy your time spending your money. Thanks for reading.
Right sized casino. Just north of the city, easy to get to. PLENTY OF PARKING. Festivals outside during Indian powwow.
Once I stepped in the casino it felt
like I was in Vegas. Everything was clean and organized and the breakfast wasn't overpriced and was delicious! Would definitely return if in the area.
Out of the way in a beautiful area, easy access with my RV.
Went for the Sunday buffet and really don't recommend it.
Always loose slots with big payouts and never have to wait for a machine.
This place is a joke i cannot give them 0 regardless there still getting your good luck
Love all the casinos but this one swear this one cheats
Bingo is great here. The non-smoking room is spacious that coupled with friendly staff and great prices makes this one of my top favor bingo halls.
Had fun hadn't been there since march 2009 so was fun for me sice it's been over 10 years.
While I was expecting the smoke, the "free" drinks were lacking and I felt the visit wasn't worth the drive.
Great casino, wonderful resort and only a 1000 points in a day to stay a night at the resort. Plenty of free play and a great selection of slots.
Old, outdated, and NEVER win there... zero waitresses going around to get you a drink. VERY smoky and I smoke. 8000 to 0 in less than an hour.
They changed the name and changed the more expensive machines ... before it was better ..... the current food service is poor .. cold food and a bit unpleasant
Those machines are tight even when you are betting max! Will not be returning......
Won money every time I've gone to fort McDowell casino.
Seafood night. Ceviche was amazing. Greatest flavor. Oyster mussels clam shrimp and prime rib. Brussel sprouts with bacon was just delicious. Waitress was very attentive and kept our drinks fresh. Played 500 points and got a bottle of Jack Daniel's for Sunday Funday! Watch the cardinals game in the lounge. They had great drink specials for game day. I really enjoy hanging out at the casino on sundays. :-)
I went to the buffet, American is the most delicious all
I like the atmosphere and location of this casino. Plenty of elbow room and not overpriced like many casinos.
Lots of gaming tables. Food is ok. Slots are so so.
Damn it's so far I don't even go anymore but I love how the poker tournament buy ins were cheap the players however are horrible. Donks and they only run 4/8 limit poker. I'll never play limit poker
One of the least expensive places to get high qualify food in the area. The 87 cafe is only one of the five places withen 1000 yards around you situated on the property. I ordered the 87 special and the plates where sent back to the kitchen without a scrap of food left on them, with the exception or the edible garnish orange rine. Two eggs any style, toast or pancake(i got the huge pancake) choice of meat & breakfast potatoes of your choice, homestyle or hashed. Homestyle for me and sausage, perfectly cooked overeasy and i was set. Add a coffee in the thick mugs we all love our hot drinks in and that's all was needed. The food lost this one folks. Give it a try for yourselves you cannot get a better breakfast for under $10....
Wednesday Silver Sparkles over 50's dances at Fort McDowell are the best. The bands are first class and they play a great variety of music. Great group of friendly, positive caring people attend to socialize and dance. Highly recommend
