Rooms are great. Food is good. Lots of fun at bingo & the casino. Wait staff at cafe 89 not so good.

I've seen cleaner casinos. As your walking through to the entry you can see the haze of cigarette smoke. They do, require a mask.

Drove all the way out there for the free breakfast and bonus play promo (last Sat. ) that they advertised on a valleywide bill board and online as ending 31st of Oct 2018. They absolutely would not honor the promo due to "managment having that right." Lame but that's not my issue....my issue is with the players club staff.They were so rude to my friend and I.Did not apologize once or offer something in place of the promo that is still advertised as ending 10/31/18. We asked to speak to management and looking down their nose they said," No, were not going to do that".
The Fort needs to seriously notice that their patrons look unhappy and the staff needs a refresher course in customer service. This used to be one of my favorite places but after this experience I may not return.Very disappointed!

So many machines good selection, plus the best turkey sandwich by the bar

They need a bar to sit at while your friends play games

Did not like the layout and the eating was horrible and you did not keep any of the older keno machines we will never be back!!!!!

The building was neet and clean the staff friendly and the beer was cold & the machines were hot

I take my wife to play the slots. Sometimes she wins but it's therapy for her either way. The food is always good with good service.

The live music was nice, but the payouts are tiny and the players club is a joke. Was promised a whole $10 of free play, but it never got loaded and then the counter closed for the night. No biggie, but still, deliver what you promise. The staff wasnt terribly friendly either. I might go back and try again, but I'm in no hurry.

Love the breakfast and price at Cafe 87 but the games aren't paying out.

Tried to eat At Route 87 cafe, bad service in fact no service, left after 15 minutes of waiting( was not busy at all) 2nd time we tried to eat there,will not be a third

The rooms are decent but not spectacular. The room service food was below mediocre and half the item on the menu were unavailable so the menu is outdated.

Kind of a smaller less busy place that has everything you'd want for the bare necessities. But if you want to win in addition to having fun...well...I didn't. Doesn't mean you won't. I did see a few winners. Emphasis on few.

Best part about this casino is $5 blackjack.
Only had one $5 blackjack table open. Table was full and hard to get a seat.

The only bummer right now is that there is currently only a snack bar open for food

It is a nice casino, but it like any casinos set yourself a limit or else you can lose a lot.

Definitely a good place to unwind with Bingo, slots, or buffet

One story casino with a decent parking lot. They do have a Bingo area with a restaurant in it. There are about 3 more food places in here. They do have card table games including poker.

The Lobster buffet is excellent. They fly them in live from Maine.

They are building a new Casino. Old one making to much revenue. I contributed to the building fund.

Great and affordable food, good security, free parking, valet,nice hotel rooms.

I just happen to go during the time they are renovating the card table areas. The security staff should be proud of each other's courteous and professional way they handle themselves. I look forward to returning when the dust settles.

Sucks. Smells. Payout is not the same throughout the day. It always depends on the customer density. The place is evil. They prey off of addicts. I only stayed for half an hour because it smelled so bad.

...way to smokey for me. If you enjoy old VFW club smells then this is the place 4 u!

I have been gambling here since 2000 when it was coin slots and since when it was changed over to paper vouchers, and have lost a 10s of thousands of money. But I won a 3d slot play raffle and that got a couple hundred dollars, and a few More

We went to the buffet. Not what we are use to for the price. It was overpriced.

Friendly staff at bingo, good selection of slots and poker. Good food in 87 cafe.

It's a nice casino. It definitely looks to be a bit older than other casinos in the Phoenix metro area. The slots are spread out here and there (kind of like a star formation or something), so for me it was easy to get twisted around and lost (hahaha). Anyways, I usually win a little bit of something when I play with less money, but last night I spent more and won NOTHING! So I'm jaded writing this review, jk. Overall, it's a nice casino to gamble at. Have fun and good luck!

I was going to go to Laughlin this weekend, but decided on Ft. McDowell. I am glad I stayed home. I can do everything here and it is cleaner, more classy, the food is better, and I get to sleep in my own bed.

Its not jam packed and they have a great selection of new machines as well as the older style machines.

The gaming was alright.. the Buffet was atrocious! Dry unappetizing food, poor service. The Fry Bread we ordered take out was FANTASTIC as always. Fix the Buffet!

Lost 150.00 in 1 hr playing pennies, got bonus twice, do the math and take your business elsewhere, Harrahs has been tight too

Fort McDowell is more of a family style Casino. It's real dry on the inside they need to colors of something brighten the place up

This many be longer than most reviews, but I need to talk about the service we received at the Deli. When we went we ordered the fry bread with green chili. We LOVE it, well the manager called me back and told me that they were out. We were devastated, being out of fry bread is not usually a devastating thing, but to preface, the last time we ordered it was on December 29th and brought some home for my dad. It was his ABSOLUTE favorite. It was sadly his last meal, he became ill and passed away on February 13th.
I started crying at the counter, to no fault of anyone there and briefly told the manager the quick version of why I was upset and he said he would refund the money. So I started walking back to my mother to tell her the news and the manager Mark Perticone called me back in a hurry and said "WE HAVE ONE LEFT!!" I was about to start bawling all over again! He gave us the last one, and gave it to us complimentary and also told us if we ever came back to take his card and he would help us out.
It is the little things in life that really matter and this man that is an amazing human being and I am thankful that you have such wonderful people working there and this will forever be in loving memory of my father.
