Very dissapointed in the sporatic home delivery we are recently experiencing. And, they make it nearly impossible to contact them to file a complaint alerting them that no paper arrived. Just about had it with them!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NO PAPER 2 DAYS IN A ROW AND IT COMES SO FREAKIN LATE, LIKE AFTER 8 AM WHILE MY NEIGHBORS GET THEIRS BEFORE 6 AM. LIKE IT SHOULD BE. AND THEY NEVER RESPOND BACK TO YOUR EMAILS AND I SPOKE TO SOMEONE TODAY ABOUT IT AND SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SEND ME AN EMAIL ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS AND 5 HOURS LATER NO FRIGIN EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they don't even try to be relevant. I don't think they're biased, I just think they're lazy and clueless.
The customer service department is incompetent. I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau to get a bill with a subscription date. I stopped EZ pay because my credit card was being charged and I wasn't getting a bill. I received a post card stating my subscription would be suspended in 7 days due non payment. I called customer service and told them I didn't get a bill and wanted a bill that stated what my subscription period was. They couldn't even accomplish that correctly Now I'm not getting inserts in Sundays paper the only thing that gets said in clear English is so sorry mamn.
They will receive 5 stars if they bring back Non Sequitur to the Sunday Comics!
Horrible customer service. I am constantly having problems with my delivery. No one can fix the problem. You can never reach someone on the phone . I have been told someone will call back and they never do. Save your money, don't pay for delivery.
You throw litter on my driveway in the form of Sun Sentinel Express. I tried to call you to stop this, but your automated system is garbage and doesn't recognize what I am saying. Please STOP littering my driveway with your trash!!!!!
This once fine publication has deteriorated, like much of America's media, into being a proponent for special interests. More disturbing is how unethical they have become. They entice you with 8 weeks of the paper for $1, but they are really trying to catch you off guard so you don't catch that they are going to automatically deduct about $20 a month from a credit card or bank account, and that they continually come out with 'special editions' that cost $4-$5 each. Worse yet, they have underhanded policies, like endorsing a disgraced sheriff, and in one Pompano Beach Commission race, endorsed an incumbent City Commissioner with ties to developers while not even giving the opponent the chance to appear in a half hour interview online that should have shown both candidates, but they gave the entire time to the incumbent and didn't allow the challenger to even be seen by the public. They have no credibility in my book.
Awful customer service, was supposed to start delivery 1 month ago and have never received a newspaper, I call every time, even spoke with a manager and requested someone from Deerfield office call me but no one has reached out to me and my paper has yet to be delivered, terrible, I will never recommend this newspaper to anyone!
Incoming inserts and roll paper. 4 docks on south side of building. Stay straight once inside gate. Do not turn right....you will regret it with anything but a day cab.

The tour was good, but very few areas are working, I understand that it is not like before because technology has displaced the written press, but they can make more areas work to achieve better coverage in other countries
The delivery is sporadic at best! When you call to get a replacement paper, you're wasting time.
If they could get Delivery people to BRING THE PAPER to the door& CORRECT DISTRICT insert this paper would be 5star.They USED TOO . calling to office is useless!
Ruthlessly sends advertisement emails and will not stop no matter how many times I click unsubscribe and set all emails to stop.
Don't deliver to these people. they treat truck drivers with disrespect.

Absolutely horrible. It's just a mug shot site. On any given day, 3 of the 5 "top stories" involve the Miami Dolphins and I don't mean the sports section, the MAIN news section. Then an ad for an event they are sponsoring masquerading as a news story and maybe a random story of a run of the mill crime committed in West Broward. Worst paper EVER
Worst run company ever, have tried contacting customer service 4 times to request a receipt of my bill, since for some stupid reason, you can't see this information on your online account. Each time I have been told that my receipt will be emailed within 48 hours, and still nothing. Will be recommending to my department that we cancel our corporate account, since I need to submit copies of all of our credit card bills to accounting and apparently this is something that Sun Sentinel is unable to provide!
Tried calling the 1800 number and couldnt speak to someone in the USA. What a joke.
At a time when Floridians are still struggling, sunsentinel finds it necessary to block life much needed information on covid and hurricanes to those who cannot pay for the online information. I think that's a disservice to the community they rely on.
The Sun Sentinel is a liberal rag. I wouldn't read their paper if they paid me
