I have received outstanding care at You. Center. It is comprehensive. You can go there and work with physical therapy, chiro, and acupuncture as needed all in the same location. Good location in Northeast Portland. And they take insurance plans (check with your provider). Extra care is taken here at Covid time.

This is a great local clinic that combines chiropractic, physical therapy, & massage. Between the Team there, they collectively tackle issues & it pays off. My family has gone here as needed, for years & i highly recommend their clinic. I've dealt with lifelong pain and problems and between Christy, Shawn, & Karen, I've come full circle and for the first time in a long time am without recurring pain.
I have gone to many health care providers with dead ends in resolving my pain. The team at this clinic works together to figure out my complex issues, and adjusts my plan of care as needed. I haven't been treated this thoroughly before and the professionals at this clinic go above and beyond for me. Their passion and expertise in their fields are evident each time I am treated. As a patient, I trust them wholeheartedly and feel they individualize and customize my care. A real gem!
This is a really great place and I highly recommend it. They are very hands on and extremely knowledgeable. From the doctors to the front desk everyone is really welcoming and helpful. If you need any sort of wellness care this is the place, and you will not be disappointed.

I have found You Center to be very helpful for my sacroiliac joint pain. Everyone is very friendly including Zorro, the clinic dog. As an added extra Christine the chiropractor has adjusted my arthritic knees and improved their function as well!
Amazing care, coordinated throughout the clinic! Love everyone there. Came in skeptical about starting a treatment plan, and felt so much relief in my lower back after just 3 treatments. They also accept most insurance I was super surprised to have massage as part of my treatment plan covered by insurance!!
I have seen both Christy for Chiropractic and Shawn for PT! These two are a great team that work together. I love being offered a team approach and I have a much deeper understanding of my structural issues going on from a bony and muscular place! I am an aerialist/gymnast and have really struggled to find providers that understand that my range of motion and needs from a performance standard are outside the norm. These two get that and create realistic treatments and goals for a hypermobile person. Being a bodyworker myself, I've learned a lot from them both and really appreciate how quickly I've healed issues I've had on and off for years.
After experiencing persistent issues with my squat form, I set up an appointment with Dr. Christy. She was able to diagnose the issue immediately and come up with a plan to fix it with the help of Shawn, PT. Their teamwork and goal-oriented approach enabled me to return to the sport I love. I highly recommend this place for weightlifters and other athletes.
I'm a contractor that had back surgery a couple years back..I've learned wonderful methods to keep my back loose and working properly from Shawn. these techniques mean all the difference to staying active ,mobile and pain free.
But I'm a contractor and at times I pull muscles, have spasms , tightness, pain and discomfort. It creates pain and real mobility issues making it difficult to work and sleep.
I had such a pull occur. I was having spasms, pain, tight muscles, and it was effecting my whole body. I spent a session with Shawn and he was able to work out all the tension ,soreness and relived all the pain. I'm now able to move about freely . Having Shawn there to get me back where I need to be is a invaluable service to me personally but also to my business . Thanks

Dr. Christy is magic! I m a performer and when I went in to you.center for the first time I had an injury that made it painful to breathe or move and I had a show in 6 days. I had seen another bodywork 2 days before that couldn t help me but when I saw Dr. Christy she listened to my whole saga and all the details of how I was feeling and after hearing everything suspected I had 4 ribs out of place. She then checked to confirm and put everything back in place. I felt immediate relief!
Dr. C is so wonderful to be around and is really invested in making bodies feel better. It was easy to schedule follow up appointments and I was able to perform in the show!
This is a wonderful new place founded by Dr. Christy Yogerst, the chiropractor I have been seeing for many years. She is an amazing talent in her practice with a level of intuitive care that really reaches out to you. The center itself is an exciting new venture with a dynamic range of service providers offering care, classes, and occasional events to reach their clients and community as well as a welcoming proficient support staff to accommodate you. I'm Shawn the Physical Therapist at You. I love the energy here as do all of my colleagues, which I know flows over onto our patients. When I need treatment, this is were I get treated as well, especially with so many great practitioners in one spot.
Dr. Christy has been my chiropractor for the past 7 years at least, but her new space (You.Center) makes my visits even nicer and more convenient. It is large enough for her to have related help, such as physical therapy and massage, just down the hall, which has been great for my particular blend of physical needs.
The team here is phenomenal and goes above and beyond for your care. As a professional dancer and performer I am constantly pushing my physical limits and Dr. Yogerst is always there to realign me.
