It was pretty fun, we played mini golf as a family and had a good time. The other attractions looked nice too, but we didn't get a chance to try them this time. Maybe next time.

Yesterday my wife and my brother decided to go to fort fun as we are out of state and wanted a fun experience. As we walk into the door we are instantly greeted making it fill like we re welcome. We really wanted to do go-karts and laser tag as we heard a lot of great things from the reviews. But unfortunately go-karts got rained out and we felt as if we wasted our money on the all day passes(20$). We went to front to see if we couldn t get a refund. The young man behind the counter was very nice and constantly had a smile on his face, even though we was wearing a mask we could tell. He and the manager were very understanding of how we felt and compensated by giving us some points and tickets to come back at later date. After a good meal from there the Food court we decided to go and play the arcade. A couple minutes passed and we were greeted by the same boy behind the counter telling us that everything outside had opened back up and gave us new fun pass wrist bands because we unknowingly threw ours away not thinking outside would open back up during our stay. In the end we got the experience we wanted and I want to give and extra special thanks the Manger and the front counter Boy. Definitely recommend coming here and will definitely stop by again the next time we visit Fort Collins.

Great place, friendly staff,welcoming with great games and go karts, highly recommend. there also taking the appropriate covid 19 measures and precautions.

We love coming here not only for family time but birthdays as well. The staff was great for our daughter's birthday.

Really fun place to visit. Lots of things to do for the kids like miniature golf, go karts, laser tag, playing in the arcade and much more. The employees were very nice and helpful. The cafe food wasn't bad either. Sure it's a bit pricey but what isn't these days. Seeing my kids having fun proved it was worth the cost.

Kind of overpriced. Go-karts and Lazer tag are fun. Most arcade games aren't worth the cost. Good place for birthday's or dates.

The staff is amazingly nice, the place is very nice, they have great outdoor games, I loved the mini golf course.

Lots of fun. A trip here with the family can get a little pricey but it is a great time when you can afford to splurge.

Its a great place to go to entertain kids, but be prepared to drop a couple hundred (or more)!

Train wasn't running and paddle boarts were out of order went there for Father's day with my family

Mini golf, go karts, batting cages, laser tag, and arcade games. Cheaper than Summit or Dave and Busters and in your backyard if you live in Fort Collins.

It is really fun to drive their cart. My little one likes to go to here.

Was not pleased with the service and overall visit. This was our first time here and we will not be returning. Many of the arcade games were down and my wife's laser tag gun didn't function properly and the kid didn't seem to care too much. When we first paid, she over charged my family because she was listening to a conversation instead of ringing up what I ordered. Instead of giving me just $8 or whatever in change, she refunded me (which takes a few days to come back to the card) and then charged me the actual $60 for the 2 adults. I'm not happy about this because I had money set aside for this place but not enough to be double charged. The manager was standing by the girl that rang me up and made no attempt to resolve the situation or compensate in any way shape or form. Others have had better luck with this place and this was just my first time but I was not impressed.

Wasted my money even after i had permission for a double rider on the go karts.. I didnt know how to ride and was given permission to ride with my husband. Then as soon as i get my ticket swiped yall tell me oh yeah we cant let you do that. Thanks for letting me waste my money and time... Im very unhappy with your staff. Would have given no stars if possible.

We had a great time! The kids and school staff talked about our trip to Fort Fun long after we returned back to school. The flexibility in working with us is amazing even after we had to change dates. The staff were great and super helpful and patient with the kids.

My son had a great birthday party experience. He was able to do all the activities he wanted and his friends had a blast. The food was great and the people working were very helpful!

They are very rude, waited for someone too come help with food no one would. A manager walked right by us multiple times and just stood there and staired at us from across the room. Wasted 60 bucks for two hours didn't even stay 45 mins. Couldn't get anyone too help with tokens and the two employees that were behind the counter just stood and talked too each other will never be back.

I bring a group every year and we always enjoy fort fun!

Mini golf is awesome but the laser tag area is way to small for a big group, same for bumper cars.

I would suggest this place it is so fun you have fast go-kart racing you can get a yearly pass for $20

Fort Not Fun on our recent trip. $55= $20 Arcade Card, 2 hour slide pass for 1 kid, and 1 Go-Cart ride for 3 people. Nbd, that s expected.
We went outside we found the slide unattended. We waited around for an employee for 15 min, a group of 5-6 more kids line up @the gate: no one comes. So we decide to go to the Go-Carts instead, but a light spring drizzle starts, so they shut them down.. ok, now to the bumper boats. Our group of 3 is at the gate, waiting our turn for 5 min (we are the only people in line). When it is our turn, the attendant measures my son, and says he s too short- although he is exactly 40 and would be a passenger- yet they refuse to let him on?? Why could they not have measured him in the 5 min we were waiting? Why would they refuse a child who is the correct height? At this point (while again having to explain to a 3yo why he can t do or play ANY of the things we ve paid to do) we go inside and try to have pictures taken in the photo booth. We try 4 different bills, but the machine rejects them. We try our credit Card, machine can t read it. 4 attempts to utilize the activities we paid for, 4 strike outs, so we go to get a refund. When explaining the slide situation, the employee says well, somebody just pops over there when we see kids wanting to ride uhhh my 3yo and his dad managed to walk to the top of the slide, hang out and wait for a couple min, and walk down, all while another line formed, and no employee popped over . Furthermore, the staff refused to refund the *unused* arcade card. Why would I want to come back to use an arcade at a place that.... isn t fun? Staff needs better training, rides need more staffing, size standards should be noted and adhered to (as opposed to staff staring blankly or shrugging at each other), and equipment /games should be more properly maintained. It s just unfortunate when (what is supposed to be) a special day for your child, is ruined. I shouldn t have to explain unprofessional inadequacies to a 3 year old.

Super fun! There's tons to do to keep you entertained for awhile! The food was pretty good too! Recommended!

We Love this place! They have a $30 pass that gets you unlimited go cart rides!

They have a wide variety of activities. We enjoy the Putt Putt Golf course, batting cages, Laser Tag and Go Carts the most, not necessarily in that order. Indoors is very loud but the food is actually not bad for this type of place. Prices feel a Little high but not outrageous.
We will be going back!

5/5 if you do trick shots on mini golf! Be careful your golf ball may go in the river!

DILAPITATED WASTE OF MONEY. I saved for a couple of months to take my family here. BIG MISTAKE. Upon walking in we were greeted by a merry go round...with 1 horse...the other 2 were removed , missing. My grandson desperately wanted to ride the bumper boats. We stood in line and waited. 4 out of 5 boats running. As we were waiting one breaks down. The next group goes...another breaks down. 2 bumper boats..weee. So we tried the bumper cars. Can you guess? 4 out of 7 working. The squealing and grinding noises coming from the working ones was nearly unbearable. Well we went on trying to make the best of our day, and tried laser tag. My gun....had to point it about 6 feet above my target to actually hit my target. Sounds like a joke right? Its not, but wait it gets better (or worse). My nephew really wanted to ride the paddle boats...went to the shore, and of course there were boat parts laying all over. That should have been a warning, but I didn't listen to my head. My nephew got about 30 feet off the dock when the back of the seat broke. He had to paddle back laying down after nearly falling in the water. Well we were kind of leaving our favorites for last and figured the go karts cant lose. We were wrong. 2 of our 4 cars kept stalling on the track, forcing the kid running it to run out on the track and pull start our cars. Finally...we played putt putt...no moving parts right? Nothing to break. On the 16th...NOT 18th hole its one of those shoot it into the cabin and the ball comes out a shoot lower down. Made a great shot right into the cabin....no ball. Didn't get to finish my game. I will also state that I actually saw a video game in there that was being held together with duct tape and silicone. My daughter says: THE ONLY THING THAT SEEMED TO WORK RIGHT IS THEIR CASH REGISTERS! I swear under threat of a defamation suit EVERY word I put up here is 100% true and accurate. I would have complained but I literally saw no one that I thought was older than about 16 yrs old. We are not a well off family and I actually did have to save to take my family for a day of "fun" because we couldn't afford a vacation, and this was the most miserable excuse for a money grubbing, "get their money before they find out everything is broken down" "fun park" For $2 more per ticket we could have spent the day at Elitches. My mistake. The owners of this place should be very VERY ashamed of the fleecing they do to hard working families. All that said....I waited almost a week to post this so the anger is not fresh.

All the arcade games are fun, loved the laser tag, and mini golf was a treat

We had an amazing experience! They had our table all ready for us and the host, Ashley, went above and beyond. We will be having more birthdays here and will recommend Fort Fun to all of our friends.

We took our daughter for a day of fun .. was NOT disappointed! We all had Soo much fun! Go carts are the best... You should try the virtual roller coaster!

Outdoor minigolf, go karts, escape rooms and all sorts of other fun things to do a mile from Old Town.

Horrible! Staff is no help and not very friendly at all. 90% of the games dont even work and cost way to much money to begin with. The place is dirty and gross as well as all the machines. Just a complete rip off and waste of money, would not recommend going here. You can go to chuck e cheese and play new games which all of them work and only cost one token for every game and they are also cleaned several times a day.

Mini golf and go carts and more. If you make a day of this place it's worth the money. 2 mini golf courses, go cart track, laser tag. Whole family had a blast. It is easy to find and get to. Staff was friendly and courteous. The only downside was the crappy job some of the he parents did in teacher there kids courteous behavior or basic manners but that's pretty much anywhere now and not the fault of the business

The staff is always a great time. I have had both of my kids' birthdays here and had the same hostess. She was awesome.

We loved our experience at Fort Fun! We've had parties at other venues and this is our favorite, because of activities and value. Our hostess, April, was professional and intuitive. What we appreciated the most is how Fort Fun empowers its employees to make decisions in real time in order to provide a positive experience for customers. That is the deciding factor on the 5th star. Good work!

This was a great place to take the kids for several hours. We only spent $20 to do the 18 holes of mini golf and some paddle boats, then another $10 on tokens for the games. The kids had a great time collecting tickets and choosing their prizes. There is a kitchen right in the same building where you can get pizza and nachos, ice cream, soft drinks, etc. It did seem a little understaffed when we went around 11:30 or noon, but otherwise we beat the rush and didn't have too horrible of an experience. The pizza was nice and crisp, and they got our order with all the extra toppings correct!

Everything was amazing except lazertag why wouldn't you play music??

My son and I had a couple hours to kill so we came here for mini-golf. It was raining when we came so the go-karts were unavailable but everything else was a lot of fun. We played some games, did a little golf and had time for a small snack and a cocktail before we left.

Great for large groups or just couple of people of any age. They have lots of variety, a great staff, and fun atmosphere.

Recently did the Pharaohs Revenge Escape room. Wasted 20 minutes in the beginning trying to find the beginning piece because whoever set up the room did it wrong. After the operator came into the room and gave us that piece we finally launched off and we were on the very last puzzle when the time went off. Disappointed that we couldn t complete the escape room because someone couldn t do their job right in the beginning

Fort Fun is, indeed, fun, but the last time I went, I played a broken game. The game gave me 6000 tickets instead of 50, and immediately workers came over. I asked if I would still get the tickets, and they said yes, so while the tickets were loading on my card, I went to play other games. I soon ran out of money on my card, and bought 10$ worth of more points. I played another few games, and in one, I won an additional 1000 tickets. I was in luck! I went to the ticket counter where I asked the worker to count the points on my card. (Not all of the 6000 were done loading yet.) It said 1491 tickets. So while the rest loaded up, he helped my choose what I wanted, since he heard that I got 6000 tickets. He said the game was broken, and I asked yet again whether I would get the tickets. He said, "Yeah, I mean, props to you, you won them!" So I went to check the game, and how far along my tickets were, and it said it was done. He checked my card, and it still said 1491. I was really mad. I had planned out getting a huge Nerf Gun and a Magic Set. So, he sees I'm disappointed, and says: "If it makes it any better, I'll bump it up to 1500 tickets." No, that didn't make it all better. I told him that, and said that I'd just get a rainbow fake soccer ball. I was storming out of Fort Fun. A man had won the same prize earlier and got all of the tickets. Fort Fun's outdoor activities are good, but the arcade is expensive, and clearly not worth it. The staff lied to me twice, and they even seemed nice and were helping me, and then said, "Oh, you can't get it." I'm disappointed. Hurt a kid's feelings on New Years Eve. Nice job, Fort Fun. :(

Our experience was excellent for our 8 year old's birthday. I was easy to set up, well organized and the staff was fun and helpful. We will definitely plan another party at Fort Fun.

Kind of pricey, but was fun. Visiting a grandson and not much to do in FC with a young one (unless maybe you live there and know the area). So, for a quick spot of fun it will do.

Fort Fun has a great mini putt that challenges all ages. They also have a fun arcade for the smaller ones. You really could spend an entire afternoon there!

Our group was made welcome and treated wonderfully by staff. What a great place. Lots of fun!

Great place for the family! Games were fun and go karts and other outdoor activities were awesome! Highly recommend this place! Wait times for any activity were very short (2 min or less, most being instant) with the longest wait for the go karts (15 min, which still isn't bad). Good value here!!!

Lots of fun activities and things to do here. We went to a catered birthday party, with pizza, drinks, and ice cream sandwiches. They had dozens of arcade games both new as well as classics. Lots of things to play and win, including good prizes. Bumper cars and go carts, giant slides, miniature golf, a small lake, batting cages, and much more. Priced by the activity or hour or party. Good fun and great value.

Use to be a lot of fun inside. But it seems most the games don't work or are broken.
The prize selection is sometimes great and sometimes garbage.
All the other activities are a lot of fun though and their season pass seems to be totally worth the price

It's a little expensive, but the kids love this place. We go about twice a year and it's always a lot of fun. Totally worth checking out but I prefer during the summer since the outside attractions are closed during the winter, understandably. They have changed up some of the games and prizes, even give out frisbees and such for free to the kids. We will always be back.

I enjoyed this place a lot more than I thought it would. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't hard either making it an even greater experience. Would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our party here. The value price of the party package was good and our party host was wonderful. We were very impressed with how we were treated and that as a group with reservations we were given precedence for the various activities we were scheduled for. The food was great, the kids (and grown ups) had a blast! Fort Fun had lots of great activities other than just arcade games to choose from.

Came for the mini golf, stayed for all the games. Well worth the drive.

The staff and employees of Fort Fun are always very courteous and accommodating hosts.
