I called them because I received a letter in the mail that stated more than what we agreed on. I call and apparently they did not receive my signed agreement in the mail so they would not allow me to keep it at the original amount agreed on although I have been paying them on time monthly since March. They said they didn t have my phone number on file, even though when I called in the beginning my number was written down and if not the attorney should be at fault because that is very unprofessional. Now all of a sudden there was no way to contact me. I think it s a bunch of bull if you ask me...I tried my best to pay and I don t even care anymore, they are ruthless and don t care about others during this hard time.

They state "ATTORNEY (S) FOR PLAINTIFF" ON THE COMPLAINTS. If you ask those who you speak to "are you a lawyer?" they will say no. Also, their complaints will contain lots of lies. Read it carefully. I didn't know it at first, but reading it carefully made me identify their lies. Google reviews says their food is good though.
I called them too pay off my balance that was owed too discover which was my fault this fell behind. At first when I got there notice was freaking out. Trying too find a way too pay them. Today Ms barry which is a kind women understood where I was tried too offer settlement but I turned that down because paying a debit in full even if it is charged off is better for the credit. Thank You

I went o line to pay my bill and I was kicked out of the system. When I called after being on hold 3 different occasions and having to repeat myself 3 different times was told the system had to be rebooted and they would call me when it was done, I never received a phone call and took a chance a few days later and paid my bill. This is the second time this happened I hope I don't have that problem next month
This debt collector is a joke. I called multiple times and left messages and return numbers so my debt could be paid they never once called me back. Then I received a summons because of them being neglectful of my account. Shortly after that my sherriffs office sent a letter saying they would garnish my pay checks. This company never answers the phone either! 100% useless.
I called about my student loans to get information on how much interest I paid in 2020 and was disconnected on 5 times. Not responsive and unprofessional. Avoid.
Very nice people and when there is an issue with payments they call you before its too late so you have a chance to make it right.
No stars! Just called TWICE to get a rep to request a pmt history and was transferred around then cut off. I guess I should stop pmts and hold a court date to make my request in person. Law Firms seem to hire incompetent staff for the sake to save a dollar!
Very unprofessional law firm! Anytime anyone answers the phone they all say, can you hold on for a moment? No one speaks professionally except for the poor receptionist. I asked for the paperwork to set up a monthly payment. I never received it and then I get a big attitude when I call to ask again for them to send it to me. They will not send it to me unless I make a payment for the month I waited for the paperwork! Ridiculous. Obviously, the person I was speaking to could not fully explain why that was so he hung up on me!
