Villa's are good but location is isolated. Nothing available nearby schools or hospitals with 8 km. Roads are very bad to go there
Divino Villas
Recently we have purchased a villa in Incor divino , ambience of which is so good . However , Not even six months every room has vertical cracks which is so disgusting . Though the builders assuring of addressing the issue yet it is superficial. We would request all the builders to monitor the sites while construction being done so that these issues would not arise in their future ventures.
I love this Gated Community because it's a nice, pollution free area.
I am the owner of one of the villa in this community,very nice villas and have all basic amenities.
Villas are good and decent but what is the use when people are narrow minded. Association has to think big and stop imposing unnecessary rules. I own a Villas here, even though you are the owner they make you feel like a tenant. There are so many unoccupied villas because of their rules.
A decent residential gated community surrounded by a mass community at tellapur. Project comes side of under development project called aakriti esta. Also came to know that sales in this project is closed as all units were sold out but few units were available with land owners

Divino villas is located remotely in beside tellapur village surroundings.personally it is very good project and construction wise quality is assured and expected to complete within one year. Villas are more spacious, well designed interiors very classy looking Villas in limited gated community at an attractive prices and worthy of every penny spent on it. Great project from collaboration of incor & Pradeep constructions.
