Forever Clean Review

So I called them on Saturday in which they were opened, spoke to the lady who asked if I was a new customer and took my info. Then said they have to page a supervisor and he will call me. Here I am today still no phone call and still no service. Worse customer support on management side or the lady didn t pass on the info. I have a big septic problem still. I would give them a zero star rating but it won t let me. Never will I try and use these people again. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Forever Clean has provided outstanding service to the Growers Market of Fuquay-Varina regularly for years. They ALWAYS maintain cleanliness and keep everything stocked. They are extremely timely with delivery and removal as well. I recommend them highly.

Forever Clean came out yesterday and did an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone. The technician came out, was done in under an hour and educated me on how to maintain the septic. I was very impressed. If you need your septic pumped I would give them a call!!

Nelson came out and had to pump our septic tank and was so amazing and nice. It was a nasty hot day and he had the best customer service and attitude ever!

This company has parked their truck in front of a private home so that they can block a political sign. It s unprofessional, childish, and anti-American. Don t use this company if you want to deal with a mature adult.

Forever clean was able to get a unit out to a location that I am a property manager of same day. The main broke down and the building had no water for over 10 hours. They delivered in a timely manner. Their price was more then fair for the short notice and they committed amazingly. Would trust them following through on any major event that I'd need in the future.

CQC Home has been using Forever Clean for our porta john needs at our job sites. They are professional, affordable, and prompt. Erin and Leslie are a pleasure to interact with and go above and beyond, on the administrative side of the operation. Great company all around!

Called at 4:45pm on a Saturday afternoon for a backed up/overflowing septic tank near Anderson Creek. Had been told Sunday/Monday at the earliest by four other companies already. From the initial call director onward, it was great service and unbelievably quick (6:30pm appointment)! The service man who responded was Nelson Solis, and I hope everyone else is lucky enough to work with him - he is warm, polite, efficient, and thorough. For such a miserable way to spend a Saturday evening, it was a very pleasant customer experience, and absolutely saved my neck in a pinch. Would recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with this company! I rented a dumpster from them. I called or emailed four companies that day and Forever Clean was the only one who responded. From the girls I spoke to in the office to the young man who delivered the dumpster, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Forever Clean !

Forever Clean came out to do a routine pumping of my septic tank. It hadn't been pumped since we moved in 3 or 4 years ago. The employee, Nelson, was super nice and friendly. He didn't seem to mind that I was interested in watching and learning about my septic tank. He's a great asset to the company. I would recommend using them for septic pumping services.

So I just had a positive experience in 2020! Freddy and Ruby were extremely prompt and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end. My septic system has been slowing down for a couple of months. I figured it was the crazy amount of rain we have gotten around here. But then the septic just slowed down to a point that I knew I was in trouble. Didn't sleep good all week wondering how invasive and expensive of a repair I was about to encounter. I noticed that Forever Clean offered a Hydro Jetting service. When I called, Ruby was awesome and filled me in on the details. When the day of my appointment came(very promptly BTW), Freddy showed up on time. He was very professional and respectful of my property. So once he was set up the fun began, and before you know it my septic was flowing beautifully. Their Hydro Jetting service is captivating! Watching the tank and lines empty was an awesome feeling! Clean-up was perfect to the point that you can barely tell it happened. Freddy also bestowed a plethora of septic knowledge upon me. I couldn't be happier, and I'm gonna sleep like a baby tonight! They are welcome on my property anytime!

They care about their customers! Second time renting from them & will continue to rent from them ! Definitely recommend.

Called on a Sat. afternoon for emergency septic tank service, dispatcher took all my information and said a supervisor would call back quickly. No one ever called back. I called the number again and a different dispatcher proceeded to take down the same information that was previously given and also stated a supervisor would call me back. No one ever called!!!! Why advertise weekend hours for services if no one even follows through? It was a waste of my time waiting when I could have been trying other companies

Edited to say they called me back 24 hours later, even though the dispatcher assured me the supervisor would call quickly when I called yesterday.

I just can't say enough good things. I contacted them for a Halloween Carnival we did through our Cancer Shucks Foundation. Every person I dealt with was helpful, courteous, and professional. The delivery was on time, and most importantly, the facility was spotless. I appreciate you all and the job you did immensely.

Needed a portable toilet for an event, had all the details worked out within hours of filling out the web form.

Had a faulty start but the company came out and did great work on my septic field. Nick did a great job explaining what was going on and the fix. They looked after my system not only for the immediate need but also long-term. I highly recommend.

Our septic tank backed up into our house Friday afternoon after 4:30pm. One of the bathrooms flooded and was beginning to flood our master bedroom. After getting up as much water as I could to protect our bedroom carpet, I called several plumbers who all suspected our septic tank was full. I began calling around to see if anyone would help us after 5 on a Friday. Most said no, and I understand why, but we had our little grandchildren visiting and no way for them to use the bathroom so I kept trying. I reached Nick at Forever Clean who understood we had no working bathrooms at this point. He called Martin who lived in our area and was on his way home. Martin came immediately and pumped our septic tank right then. We had used Forever Clean in the past with excellent service, but this company went above and beyond for us in this situation. Thank you Nick, Martin, and Forever Clean!

Highly recommend I luckily got same day service and a fantastic job The last company i used only did half the tank and created major problem for me My service man had to do some very hard digging to access a service lid i didn't know was there and it was overflowing when he opened it Has never been serviced WOW and the other guy charged more like ten years ago .SEARCH NO MORE CALL FOREVER CLEAN GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE GREAT PRICE
