Fabulous service and friendly staff who went the extra mile. Bought a three seater and two seater sofa in leather and it is perfect, very comfortable and the leather is exactly right. Highly recommend.

Forest Sofa sent the wrong Sofabed colour twice. We had the leather samples from them, ordered the Dark Brown and after 8 weeks they sent us a light redish colour. After sending pictures of the sofabed next to the leather sample they agreed to produce the correct colour. 17 weeks after the initial order the second Sofabed arrive... Surprise the same reddish colour.
They are now ignoring the emails completely and even his managing director Mr Dave Foster don't have decency to find out and resolve the issue.

Please buy from other manufacter. Forest Sofa LTD don't deserve to be in the market.
