Ramallah Cultural Palace

The Ramallah Cultural Palace was established in 2005 after years of planning and implementation by the Ramallah Municipality and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), with the generous support of the Japanese Government.

The Ramallah Cultural Palace, with its spaces, halls and main theater with 750 seats, meets a great need in the cultural sector, not only in the city of Ramallah but also in Palestine as a whole.

Since its opening, the Ramallah Cultural Palace has hosted many important artistic, cultural, political, educational, academic and scientific events in the city of Ramallah and in Palestine, as well as hosting international cultural and artistic festivals.

As part of the constant efforts of Ramallah Municipality to develop the Ramallah Cultural Palace in line with modern technology, the municipality has completed a comprehensive rehabilitation process for the Ramallah Cultural Palace in 2011, with the aim of exploiting new areas in the building.
