I AM A 2ND TIME LEASE CUSTOMER OF FORD CREDIT AND ...
I AM A 2ND TIME LEASE CUSTOMER OF FORD CREDIT AND WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT MY PAYOUT AS I AM BUYING TEH CAR, A GIRL NAMED BETTY PICKED UP THE PHONE AND SAID SHE CANNOT GIVE ME THE PAYOUT AND I HAVE TO CALL THE SAME DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT IT, ALTHOUGH I HAD THE PAYOUT FROM SOMEONE FROM FORD CREDIT OVER THE PHONE LAST WEEK, I JUST WANTED TO CONFIRM THE EXACT DOLLAR AND CENT AS I WAS IN THE BANK TO MAKE A BANK DRAFT, SHE WAS SO STARIGHT "NO" AND REFUSED FOREVER AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.........SHE SAID THAT SUPERVISOR WILL CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS (REALLY????????????????????????) THIS IS HOW YOU SAY (GET LOST)...................I MEAN...........SHAME ON FORD CREDIT TO PLAY THIS CHEAP TACTIC TO CALL THE DEALER SO THAT THEY CAN TRY TO SELL ANOTHER VEHICLE........I WORK IN THE SAME INDUSTRY AND WE ALWAYS HELP CUSTOMERS OVER THE EMAIL AND POHONE WITH THEIR PAYOUTS ETC........I WORKED AT KENTWOOD FORD....AND IT IS MY ALMA MATER OF CAR INDUSTRY.......BUT BY PUSHING ME TO CALL THEM AND NOT HELPING WHEN I NEED.....I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT FORD SHOULD CHANGE THEIR POLICY AND HELP PEOPLE (WHEN THEY CALL YOU).......AS I MIGHT BUY A FORD AGAIN IN A BIT...BUT THIS LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH
