As distributors a 0. They take almost two months without a system; you can not place orders in conditions; stock of the web does not match the store stock; the offers do not work on the web; Discontinued products appear years ago; missing payment options; take more than a week to process each order due to all these problems and also have products in permanent lack of stock, I do not know if it will be because they have problems to buy. Since they do not have a system, they have not sent us the invoices for months; the good thing is that they do not charge them either ... And the last straw is that we have all said this repeatedly by email, but they never answer and, of course, they do not answer the phone either.

10 shoes with a lousy dealer. On two occasions they have canceled orders since the stock that appeared on the web did not correspond to the warehouse and they did not have any products that were available. Currently, for this reason, I have been waiting 8 days for the refund of the money for the canceled order. It is not only that said refund does not arrive, it is that they do not even answer my emails asking for information and a solution. Nothing recommendable.

The stock does not coincide with the real availability of the shop. I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes (boots and sandals) and they sent only the boots, claiming they do not have the ordered size for the sandals. They did not offer any alternatives. I paid 15 euro for the delivery, an amount that seemed fair for 2 pair of shoes, but exaggerated for only one. I have sent an email to which they did not bother to answer. Lousy service, not recommended.

I had to pick up a package at its headquarters, they gave me an address, and I had to wait more than 1 hour for someone to open it for me.
To make matters worse when they arrived, the product did not have it, they had been wrong.
And then not a sad sorry.
A shame.
