Fontana Hotel Bali Review

Economical hotel with a strategic location, the pool is small but not large, ordinary service is not special, if you bring a car you can park for free.

Medium-standard hotel, good breakfast, swimming pool in a small garden. I have no objections.

Booked my room and clearly inform them to check in at 1 pm.
Now 3 pm i am still standing here holding my baby and i was told the room is not ready yet.
I asked them few time they are very rude. They answer the other customer but not me.
I asked them how long i need to wait? They told me 20 min but until 3.30 they are not ready yet. Really not recommed!!!!

Comfort, good service and good position, but your customers from China very noisy and I can't sleep enjoy because they talking very loud...

Strategic place, transportation is also easy taxi meter, online taxi can enter

Nice place with wheelchair service... I need the wheelchair while in Bali and they provide the wheelchair FOC to me. The negative part only about the room which is not so accessible with wheelchair (the movable space in the room is very limited for a wheelchair user) and their bathroom is not so wheelchair friendly (no accessible bar and seat for wheelchair during shower). I didn t enjoy much the view from the balcony and window because I can t access them from my wheelchair. It would be great if there s a room with ample space for wheelchair user and for them to enjoy the view from window and accessible balcony as well.

Room is good and comfortable.. Breakfast is good but need little bit upgrade with more choices of foods

hotel is not so great... location is probably a drawback.. only stayed here for couple of hours to catch up with sleep... rooms were comfortable.. staff is friendly.. breakfast good but not top notch..

Spent 5 nights and it was perfect. All staff were great..service was great..love cozy evening with live music. But breakfast could be better..and also their room service need to be improved

Not comfortable, there are many facilities that we don't get

everything is perfect, the service, the hospitality, the room, the bar, the beverages and food. just need additional seats during breakfast to accommodate guests

The stay was absolutely fantastic & comfortable. The Room# 214 was awesome, the Housekeeping staff were very professional & extremely thorough.
The morning breakfast was very adequate & filling. The crepes & pancakes are well made with the right toppings. However , a welcome addition to the menu could be Coffee with milk or tea with milk. Hot milk could be kept separately in a heater so that a small amount could be added by the guests as per their desire.A better replacement for milk would be "Coffee Creamer" kept in sachets.
The chef attending to the live eggs counter should be more attentive to the Guests order because ,on two occasions I was supplied the wrong order & also the Bacon was not made as per my request. Out of 5 breakfasts I had, In three breakfasts the bacon was burnt to crisp.
I shall definitely visit again during my next vacation. I would highly recommend it to all my friends.

The place is good, even though I have never been in it, I just saw it from the picture. Great which becomes delicious when we bathe in the swimming pool we are wet

We had two nights and the room was reasonably priced. The WIFI is pathetic. The bed was a little hard, but made up for it with gigantic soft pillows.

Liked the place. Family room was large n adequate. Breakfast spread good

I enjoyed stay in Fontana. The Staffs were so friendly & helpful.

Strategic location, really ok, looking for easy food.
But there are a few notes.
The implementation of the CHSE / health protocol during this pandemic has been implemented but has not been implemented with discipline.
Staying here for a meeting for 3 days, but on the second to third days, the meeting room air conditioner didn't work so you had to move the room to the restaurant, very uncomfortable because it was dark & smelled of "kitchen".
The room is quite comfortable but the cleanliness of the linens needs attention (spot & smells a bit musty)
Toilet signage is confusing, almost entered wrong

Please increase the service of booking a room. October 70 people will return.

Best hospitality n service ... why do I say that ... because all the employees and managers are very friendly and helpful ... and it happens that my husband is this month's birthday ... but the date has passed ... but suddenly gave a surprise ... the newest is sexy ... and d the hotel has a really good cafe

Awesome place, near to local market as well as beach is almost 15mins by walk, Rooms were good, stay was awesome.

I stayed 3 days 2 mlm at Fontana and booked the suite room ... I liked the suite room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a coffee and tea maker available, there is a mini fridge (but it doesn't work too richly because it's not cold), there is a gym (but it's hot because there is no fan or the air conditioner is on so I don't have time to try the tool), there are speakers but can only be used for the iPhone and the plugs are wide so my husband and I cannot use it because my iPhone plug is small while my husband uses Android, there are kimono towels, complete toiletries, there is a Kids Corner but the toys are incomplete and not clean :(

The first day of check-in, the TV remote didn & amp; # 39; t work and required us to contact the receptionist to ask for repair, it didn & amp; # 39; t take long to dry on and replace the remote which turned out to be broken..thank u for the fast response.

The second day of my husband's stay using the bathtub, after it was finished it turned out that the water could not be disposed of because the dumpsite could not be opened. Tried calling receptionis to help inform the relevant department but until we got home no staff came to fix it. I don't know what happened with the bathtub, I thought I would get a fast response from the hotel staff but it turned out that even when we got home, no staff came or informed us about the bathtub water that could not be thrown away.

Maybe it should be checked again before guests use the room. Look at whether the facilities provided are functioning properly or not.

Enjoyed my stay room very comfortable and bedding has high quality sheets staff are fantastic would be nice to have a power outlet near bed so you can charge and use phone at the same time. Maintenance issue attended to promptly. An enjoyable experience.

Everything is just perfect be its ambience or hospitality. Only thing needs to be considered is to include Vegetarian food items in the menu.

1. 3 consecutive days the breakfast menu is 75% the same
2. 4 times asking for the exchange of the electric kettle to be realized
3. the refrigerator does not work, after repairing the results are not too cold.
4. Used towels are taken but new towels are not prepared,
5. the room is not soundproof
6. balcony not cleaned

So Great stay here for 5 days... Room is so clean, it's staff so warm and kind... For sure I will repeat to stag here for my next holiday

It is superb property with great swimming pool. Though locality is not great the hotel provides all basic facilities to make your stay comfortable. Staff is very friendly. accessibility from nearby beaches and Denpasar is good with Uber.

the family room is a bit dark without enough lighting, and with our 2 days staying at your hotel, renovation works were carried out at 9am which is quite disturbing to us.

Cozy place to stay with bigger room than other hotel in the class.. love to coming back and stay if have a chance to be back to Bali.. m

I spent the night for 3 days ... just the room we were boking was not in accordance with the request ... we booked 2 rooms for 3 days carrying children ... given a separate room ... then replaced again with a smaller room ... we were quite disappointed. .

Our stay at Fontana Hotel Bali was excellent, the staff are very friendly and reliable especially Yudi, he made sure that our stay at Fontana was comfortable and pleasant.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Excellent service. Room are big and comfy. The staffs has helped us arranged for bike rental and tour and its the same as the average street price. Airport pick up and drop off same price as the street price too. Everything can be arranged here hassle free. The location is good enough to escape from the hustling and noisy Kuta though fairly near to it. Walking distance to mini mart and petrol station. Abundance of restaurants along this long street including McD and Starbuck. You can also find some local stalls nearby that serves decent and very cheap food.

Stayed 2 nights at Fontana, very pleasant. Strategic location, available basement parking, 24-hour cafe is available if you are hungry, even close to restaurants and cafes on the road Dewi Dewi. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I like the interior, especially the long chair near the bar. The room I got was also spacious, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Pool facilities are also available, there is even a small pool for children. Breakfast is available until 10:30 and is varied, there is a choice of Indonesian food, salads, fruit, pancakes and pastries. Overall, I am satisfied to stay 2 nights for a staycation at Fontana

Fontana is nice & lovely hotel. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room very comfortable & clean. Breakfast many food option & tasty. Location is ok, many restaurant & mini market near the hotel. Overall is nice. Good job Fontana :)

I think I have nothing to say about the hotel, its services and behavior of the staffs. I just want to say thanks to all the members associated with Fontana Hotel for providing us very good hospitality during our stay. The location of the hotel is also good, it has nearby Kuta beach and Legian street (Night Street) and more.... My family especially my children liked this hotel very very much. Once again thanks to Fontana from the beautiful country Nepal.

The hotel is clean and its excellent price is far from the inconvenience and close to cheap markets

Our group of 17 stayed for 2 nights last week and on the last day, some of us decided to check out early and kept our luggage bags at the concierge. Sadly, they lost 2 of the bags. After checking with the CCTV, apparently the bags were carried by group of tourists from Vietnam.The worst part is, after 2 days, there is still no firm solution offered by the hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful.
Good breakfast spread with adequate variety.
Amenities in room not always functioning -had to report the shower 3 days in a row prior to it being attended to finally.
Hotel is centrally situated and a great hideaway from the busy city.

Enter it cool ... lots of trees and the atmosphere of green brown black everywhere ... especially in the pool area there are so many trees. The breakfast is all you can eat, there's pancake corner, salad corner, egg corner ... to taste ok. Unfortunately, in the crepes, the filling options are really good . So far so good. The hot water is paaas

I stay a suite room for two days. The room is spacious, nice furniture, nice layout, clean floor and sheet. I love this hotel so much.

The atmosphere and facilities of the hotel were good and above all the response from almost every employee, including the guards and back staff, was great.
