Comfortable hotel, satisfying service, clean, easy access

rooms are okay and clean enough. but the location is a bit long walk to a crowd.

Amazing experience according to service and hospitality. No regrets.

Super cool hotel, nice pool, friendly staff, clean playground, nice room, big bathroom, my kiddos are very happy to stay in, defenitly come back and reccomended!

Overall ambience and feel of the hotel brings the real meaning of a retreat. However, the room is slightly lackluster when compared to the hotel's facade.
Their staff are really helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is located in Dewi Sri, the area here is famous for its many cuisines.

The environment is quiet and the room is comfortable. The room I stayed in was 123

Place is very nice, feels like you're at your own home, but it's not. And when you're here, you'll forget that this hotel is a little bit away from the famous Kuta beach.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast okay. Pool is clean. The room is clean but smells bad, the wooden table has lots of fine ants.

The place with the different atmosphere is here. The food was amazing and very favorite especially for snack and the most favorite drink is frappucino. No need to have a long queue just come and directly you will get the good service and nice smile from the server. The place thay you will bever forget is here. Must try this and recommended to everyone. The most simple place but memorable also the grear service with the delicious food are open in bali.

The place is comfortable, friendly Clean and affordable.

Rooms are a little smaller than other hotels of similar star rating. Rooms have central A.C. with a digital thermostat that is manually controlled (no remote). In some rooms the thermostat is away from the bed. Rooms have multi-pin sockets to accommodate different types of adapters from different countries. My room's washroom was only OK. There was no hot water option in the wash basin though there was in the bathing area. The commode has both tissue papers and a commode shower next to it but the water pressure in the commode shower varies during the day, sometimes being too strong to use. Basic Toiletries are given by the hotel but they are not of very good quality. There shower mixer system has a pin/switch to alternate the water flow between the hand shower and the overhead shower but it didn't work properly and I couldn't use the overhead shower because the hand shower never shut-off. There are no mats or carpets in the standard and superior rooms. Service is also a little lacking. We had asked for wake up calls twice, but they never came. The housekeeping department cleaned our room while we were out even though we never asked them to. Our luggage were unlocked at the time, although we didn't leave any valuables being and the nothing was taken. We had complained about the A. C. Fan not working properly on the first day and the reception (front desk) said they would send an engineer to look into it but no one ever came. The TV has limited channels. The "front desk" and "housekeeping" buttons on the phone give a false ring and we have to dial 0 or 1 to reach them but we weren't made aware of this unless I went to the front desk myself to complain that no one was picking up the phone.

Very good Hotel. Excellent team service, warm welcome, comfy room, good food, nice ambience and strategic location. Absolutely will be back soon. Keep it up

Fontana the best accomodation on dewi sri. Big room. With surprise welcoming honeymoon. Have restaurant and 24 hours cafe and cheap with additional discount. Staff was excelent. Have pool with kid pool and corner kid.

Clean, location is good staff is good and food is great as finding good food at bali is a task

Room is smal with too much humanity and bad ac(( all my closes was wet all the time( not good pool area, hard to get tan coz of trees( only dairy regular milk in sunny and portabela so for good caffe need go other place( area is sad around, far from everything. I was sad that I chose this hotel and really was so disappointment and uncomfortable in room(

A good place to stay in Bali if you are looking for staying away from beach.

Hotel is very neat and with all facilities available. Well maintained property.
They have a 24/7 cafe for you to order food anytime. Also provides room service.
There's a kids play area too in the hotel.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Also if you are staying here and looking for spa services that's available too in the hotel.
Laundry service is also available.
Cost is very reasonable too.

Definitely recommend stay here.

Very satisfied to stay at this Fontana Hotel. The rooms are big and spacious. The breakfast is delicious. Around the hotel area can be used for photos. Good employees and service. Its strategic location is easy to go anywhere, around the hotel is easy to find food and there are several marts too. Highly recommend staying at Fontana. Next, if I go to Bali, I will stay here again.

Sma Spa only on site I was worried because I was guided from the noisy lobby at first, but the spa was divided into the top floor, so I was able to receive the treatment quietly. I could not forget my time so that I could feel the two-hour course quickly, so I would like to participate again.
