The Fontainbleu is a gorgeous hotel with excellent customer service. I would recommend it for friends, couples, or business it is less oriented to families, though it does have a number of pools and good food options for all. The service is always excellent and I enjoyed everyone I came in contact with. The rooms are stunning and clean with excellent views.

Thanks to its central location and stunning views, these are the only two selling points for the Fontainebleau. Although it is advertised as a resort, the rooms were cramped and outdated, plus the "amenities" would be an additional charge. Only one employee who was serving cocktails on the beach was polite and kind, and everyone else was unfortunately very rude.

Prime location, staffs are friendly and professional, hotel is beautiful, the pools are amazing and direct access to the beach is a plus. Glad we are not deterred by bad reviews. Can't wait to return!

This hotel has some great amenities including an amazing outside pool (with DJ) and beach entrance. The location is great (with nice views), and the staff is really nice and welcoming. Facilities and rooms are clean. Not much else is worth noting.

Hotel rooms are very overpriced for what you're actually getting and be ready to pay for almost any and everything. Our room was smaller than pictured/expected and came with an outdated TV that barely had working cable, No coffeemaker or refrigerator, No complimentary water either in the rooms or hotel common areas (especially since all their water fountains are out of service because of COVID). Accommodations (towels, robes, luggage holder, etc) for only one person even though we were 4 in a room. The light fixtures had missing bulbs and didn't work. It took forever to get in contact with the service operator to make requests for the room, which they had no issues taking care of, but it also took forever to fulfill requests. The hotel is HUGE with multiple sectors so expect to really be walking to and from your room, the lobby, restaurants and amenities. Restaurants had really good service and wait staff, however; they're very overpriced for the quality you're getting. Pool and beach areas run out of towels very quickly even though you're paying for lounge chairs/umbrellas.

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and well kept. Highly recommend if you want to spend your time partying! I would not recommend this hotel for a Family vacation but for a Bae-Cation or to spend a GREAT time with friends, this hotel is definitely the place! I must say for the price I expected the hospitality to be more on POINT! The staff specially at the pool and beach area need to be more attentive and helpful to guests. But overall it was an amazing experience.

Very nice hotel with many amenities. Everything is expensive and there are a number of charges. Nice pools and beach and the staff is very attentive. Room are nice but not worth the cost as you would get more space elsewhere. I stayed in the Tressor Tower and that's $425 to $450 per night and had only one TV as you can see from the photos. I expected a suite for the price but...it is what it is.

Enjoyed our day at the Bleau everyone who assisted with the pool cabana and making sure we had good time is appreciated. Constantly checked on us, even switched us out when the TV was not working. Everyone made us feel welcome. The food was delicious too. The party never stopped with great music and great energy. Overall it s the staff in the outside amenities that made it a perfect day it got cloudy later on but the time shared was priceless.

We paid a lot for the suite we were given. What we were not told was that room 460 would be directly over LIV nightclub. The roof went under our room. The DJ booth was directly below the living room. We weren t able to sleep the entirety of the night because they didn t stop dropping the base until 4:30-5am. We went for a special occasion and my friend, who was being celebrated and staying in the room, was pregnant. So the goal of the weekend was to spend it relaxing and that was not achieved. When I brought this up to management next to nothing was done. I m from Miami, I live here. The next time I plan something local it will be at another location and far away from this place.

It was my girlfriends birthday and we stood here with two other couple friends for the weekend and it was sooo beautiful! The hotel is so edgy and clean. The pool looks like something out of a magazine. We stood in a ocean view suite and oh my goodness my husband and I felt like we where in the Caribbean. Breath taking views from our room. I can t wait yo come back and explore some more.
