Folsom Life Chiropractic is great! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful, especially Dr. Allen. I had chronic headaches for years because of my neck and upper back pain. My first time there I was very nervous about having my neck adjusted. Dr. Allen was patient and understanding. He explained what he would do and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. His reassurances were soothing enough to put me at ease, and then the adjustment was so fast that I barely had time to feel anxious about it. My neck felt better after just one adjustment. I am continuing treatment for several weeks because Dr. Allen is treating my neck pain as an acute injury. I have been adjusted 5 or 6 times now, and I always feel great afterward. When I go a few days in between adjustments I can feel a little bit of pain creeping back in. I feel that Dr. Allen correctly diagnosed the causes of my pain--after just a few minutes of discussion and a preliminary exam--and then prescribed the proper length of treatment and number of adjustments to treat them. I am totally satisfied, and I look forward to my adjustments. I recommend Folsom Life Chiropractic for anyone, especially someone nervous about being adjusted.
