Good assortment of records, books and gadgets, regular attention

Good place if you don't want to complicate your life buying a book or record. The shop assistants are generally quite friendly and look for what you can't find. They also have a service with which they ask you for books and records that they don't have at the time ..... Or, you can also support small businesses and buy elsewhere that also give you better advice.

Whenever we go to Madrid it is a mandatory stop. I am fascinated by the things they have, especially in books, it is incredible. They almost always have all the ones I am looking for.

When this FNAC was going in the mid-90s it was the most, you had everything in terms of culture, well attended and with dedicated people. Now it is a gigantic merchandising position with a clerk who spend everything. A pity

They were with an offer for the book "The Silver Spoon" and I went to buy it. It was not easy to find it first.

In the online store they offer products that they do not have. In detail, this is my experience: looking for a CD in the store they told me that they did not have it but that I could order it online. I checked that they had it in the online store and asked for it. They made me a partial charge, they gave me a deadline for delivery and after a month of the deadline they answered that they did not have the product. It is a known bad business practice to offer anything for you to visit their store.

The location, in the center of Madrid, is very comfortable and the staff is always attentive and knowledgeable about their products. Regrettable. I have made my first online order of some books. He bought them on 11/27, they are supposed to come in two parts. Today I receive the second part and to my surprise the order is incomplete. He called to say what is happening and they tell me they send it back to me. I tell them no, that they return my money, that the delivery deadlines have passed and that they have asked for the book. And they tell me no, and to top it off that when I receive it I cannot return it that the only way is to reject the order ... What if it is a gift and the person wants to return it? Well, he eats it. A shame. The first and last purchase.

I really like this FNAC center. Until now it is the best of all to which I have gone. In others there is little assortment of articles, only a part ... but in this you always find everything you look for and something more. I think they should not pay so much attention to the stationery area and more to what has always been characterized, specific products that are difficult to find elsewhere and continue down that road, which are beginning to lose.

I love it, an endless number of books and if they don't have it they can search for you and they call you when you have it, but you can order it online. Very nice, the employees are majetes and they are always helpful.
