In the online store they offer products that they do not have. In detail, this is my experience: looking for a CD in the store they told me that they did not have it but that I could order it online. I checked that they had it in the online store and asked for it. They made me a partial charge, they gave me a deadline for delivery and after a month of the deadline they answered that they did not have the product. It is a known bad business practice to offer anything for you to visit their store.
