Horrible experience! Run...dont walk away from this place! As if it weren't bad enough that they are wrongfully drafting my payroll account, when I wrote an email inquiring about when will they stop drafting my account, I received an angry, insulting phone call from Justin... he did not have the proper information before he called, he could not give me an answer, instead thought he would try to intimidate me by yelling and saying "you people have too many car issues" Justin, I'm not sure if you meant Latinos or just minorities in general but you didn't intimidate me, I will still pursue the money that's being wrongfully drafted from .my account. I don't write reviews usually, however, I hope my review can help someone, of any cultural background, avoid this type of treatment and unprofessionalism. It's a shame that even admist this pandemic, that there are businesses that try to.take advantage of their customers. Honestly, at one point Justin was yelling at me so much, I thought it was a radio station playing a practical joke on me. No such luck, just Flynn Insurance conducting business as usual. Please Do not support these types of businesses.
