I haven't had to deal with the claims process yet, but I just transferred my service and Flynn made the process extremely easy and even cancelled my old policy and submitted HR paperwork for my payroll deductions for me! The only issue I encountered, which was minor, was that I requested quotes and to be contacted by an agent through their website a couple of times which didn't go through, though the website confirmed that it had. When I called they couldn't find anything in the system with my info, but the rest of the process was a total breeze from then on.
