Very poor customer service. They hung up on me several times. Telling me they will have to end the call, because of other customers calling in. Purchased tickets and told them would like all of us to sit together. Then come to find out we aren't. What do they expect for children under 3 to sit alone.

Surprising spacious and stylish Art Deco theatre. Pretty good seats from almost every angle. My only query is the limited number of bathrooms. Missed the beginning of the second act of the performance due to the length of the line.

The Flynn is a wonderful place to see a performance. We have seen some of the country s top musicians and comedians here as well as outstanding touring productions. Have also work with the theater on Stunt Night. Highly recommend this house for whatever is your taste for performing arts. Wonder resource to Northwestern Vermont.

Just saw Mama Mia
Sat in balcony which us the best place to sit. Amazing play. Staff at the Flynn was astounding. Ladies room line was soooo long...however, the attendants got us all in very quickly and had time to buy some water before the show started. Wonderful place to see a performance.

Attended the Bruce Hornsby concert. The sound system was terrible. Left at intermission. I have attended some awesome events there before so don't know if it was the sound guy or the system itself. Wasted $70.

Just know you can t bring drinks into the theatre (except water). Besides that, this was a great venue. Show ended a bit earlier than we re used to...coming from NYC but the crowd was great and I d certainly come back.

Been there twice this month for kids' shows. Rudolph was excellent and Charlie Brown was good (kind of basic, but after all, they don't say too much ;-) Venue is fine with adequate parking next door.

If you are over 6' then you will find the chairs small and uncomfortable, with your knees pressing up against the chairs in front of you. :-(. Inside it is beautiful and the events are well run. I also think it's overpriced but there's never a shortage of people so it's probably just me.

The performance was very entertaining for my 3 year old granddaughter. She loved most of it. Some of the characters she's never seen before so not sure what to make of them, but overall we had a great time. The gift souvenirs were pretty decent, but some a bit pricey. We did splurge to buy a few things for her and her baby sisters at home. We will consider going to another show like this in the future like Sesame Street Live or Baby Shark Live type of thing. The length of the show was just about right for the age, an hour with an additional 20 minutes for intermission.

First music venue I've ever been to (and I've been to many beautiful classic theaters) that doesn't allow wine/beer in the theater. Additionally, they'll stop you from dancing... ON THE SIDE... at a BLUEGRASS show... claiming it's "too distracting for the audience." If you want a stuffy theater with no energy, this is your spot.

The Flynn is a wonderful place to see a show. Very cool art deco decor. Wine and beer served (but you must drink it in the lobby). Its cozy and inviting. On the bad side, the seats are somewhat small so bigger folks beware. And the bathrooms are downstairs though they do have an elevator for the handicapped. Other than that, its awesome. And the shows here are normally top notch.
