Flying Feet Sport Shoes Review

Hard to find its tucked away beside battery warehouse but good service.

I had just had foot surgery 5 1/2 weeks ago and I was in pain. I told the salesperson my concerns and he proceeded to measure my arch and the size of my foot. Style at this point was the last thing on my mind so I told him to bring me shoes that would work for my condition. He brought out at least 5 different styles. One of the new balance shoes seemed to be a good fit with comfort and style as well. I was concerned if my podiatrist would be on board with this shoe. Two days later I had a followup appointment with the Dr. and showed him my shoe and he said it is the perfect shoe for my type of foot problem. That really put my mind at easy. I would definitely go there again. Also the price was less expensive at the store then online.

Best shoe store for athletic shoes. Ever. They have every conceivable brand on the market in varying widths and colors. The service is top notch, who helped me find the perfect sneaker for my specific needs. The prices are better than Amazon, or the local brick and mortar competitors. Well worth a 40 minute drive.

Great old-fashioned shoe fitting and customer service. I have a daughter with a wide foot and men s Adidas 9 soccer cleats were simply not cutting it as the side of her foot hung over the foot bed and wasn t painful. Their Diadora brand was just what we needed and reasonably priced. Will be back!

Personnel were very knowledgeable and were willing to help you with all of your questions. I have arthritis is my knee and causes pain in opposite foot. Salesman showed me how to lace my sneakers to help with this problem.

Very helpful staff. Went there for my 3 year old daughters cheer shoes. I was prepared to spend $75-$100. When he measured her, she was a size 9. The Gentleman said that they start at size 10, but he ll see what he could find. He came back with two clearance pair of the higher priced shoes. A 9, and a 9.5. I bought them both, and was out the door in under 20 minutes for $50. I ll definitely be back!

The best. Prices are on par with Amazon and other internet sites. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The only running shoes I don't buy here are online closeouts of shoes identical to what I bought here (so I know the fit) or sometimes something from an expo. In addition to running they cater to swimming, wrestling, and other sports.

Went on a busy Saturday right before a kids football game with no time to spare. Their staff had us in and out with shoes on in less than 10 minutes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Even when busy they acknowledge that you are there and let you know they will be right with you. They made great recommendations for shoes also.

Has potential but some associates don't thrive off of customer service. Came here to get a new pair of shoes. Got helped by a heavier set woman (think she's part of the owning family) Never had a worst retail experience. She wasn't even trying to hide that she was rude, she was just down right rude. Will never return here and it sucks because this is one of the only stores in York that targets running shoes. You can find better prices online, and surely better help somewhere else. Also dealt with the owner through my job... not a very nice guy to say the least. He threatened management at my work.

I will say if you have any questions, give them a call because some associates are very knowledgable. That's what gives them their 1 star.

No less than 3 people stopped what they were doing to ensure I was being taken care of. The gentleman who assisted me listened to me complain about my feet. Then he quickly found me several shoes that fit the bill. The staff here clearly knows their stock. Prompt and courteous, the staff is top notch.

Lady was extremely helpful in measuring and finding the right shoe per my orthopedic dr suggested I wear. She brought 3 different shoes for me to try on. She checked toe room and watched me walk in them. She explained the different arch supports. She was very knowledgeable in helping me find the proper arch support. I highly recommend this store!

Excellent running shoes store. They were patient, informative and helpful.

Bought shoes there for at least 12 years running and was always a pleasant experience with everyone. One year I got a new tennis shoe for $110 which seemed to be the best of the lineup. I was happy since I'm real fussy about my shoes and fit and they seemed great. 16 months later the trim turned yellow so I came back and a young woman who seemed to careless told me "Sorry they are out of Warranty". Wow after so much money and so many years I was so angry they did Nothing at all. These guys easily make 100-200% markups on all their stuff so I said to hell with Flying F. I should have talked to Greg but I was so pissed off I won't go back again.

For years, I have only bought running shoes from Greg or flying feet. However, today, when I called the store for my son's equipment, I was incorrectly told there was "no such thing" as lacrosse cleats. Please please please educate your staff and stay current with the sports trends in York County.

My wife and I went and bought our Vibram Five Fingers at this store. I can't speak for fitting or knowledge since my wife and I were already running in Vibrams previously and knew our size. The staff was friendly and attentive and I was surprised at the prices at least for our vibrams. They were cheaper than buying directly from Vibram website, that and they had a great selection of styles and colors.

Another amazing experience today. They take the time needed to help you find the shoes that actually fit your feet. I never feel rushed. Worth the drive and wait.

Walked in did not have a mask on because of my medical condition, the kid asked why I don t have a mask on, and I said because I have a medical condition, and I said should I leave? He replied saying no. So the kid that measured my feet for shoe size he goes in the back to get the shoes I wanted. And then the old man comes out questioning me why I don t have a mask on, and I reply because of my medical condition. And the old man asked what medical condition I have, which he cannot ask me, and I believe it s against Hipaa law to ask about medical conditions. But he had no problem with the other lady in the store with a medical condition also without a mask too. Bad experience will never go back to this place again. And will tell friends and family not to go here, very rude and unprofessional.
