Has potential but some associates don't thrive off of customer service. Came here to get a new pair of shoes. Got helped by a heavier set woman (think she's part of the owning family) Never had a worst retail experience. She wasn't even trying to hide that she was rude, she was just down right rude. Will never return here and it sucks because this is one of the only stores in York that targets running shoes. You can find better prices online, and surely better help somewhere else. Also dealt with the owner through my job... not a very nice guy to say the least. He threatened management at my work.

I will say if you have any questions, give them a call because some associates are very knowledgable. That's what gives them their 1 star.
