Bought shoes there for at least 12 years running and was always a pleasant experience with everyone. One year I got a new tennis shoe for $110 which seemed to be the best of the lineup. I was happy since I'm real fussy about my shoes and fit and they seemed great. 16 months later the trim turned yellow so I came back and a young woman who seemed to careless told me "Sorry they are out of Warranty". Wow after so much money and so many years I was so angry they did Nothing at all. These guys easily make 100-200% markups on all their stuff so I said to hell with Flying F. I should have talked to Greg but I was so pissed off I won't go back again.
