I have been going to Flutters since summer of 2013. However, I have been getting my lashes done since 2oo9 or 2o1o. I am extremely particular about my lashes and the cleanliness of the salon. Flutters definitely shines in both of those areas. I have used Sarah B. and she is just the sweetest lash technician in Edmond area.

Jacque Grimm did my lash extensions, and it was such a great experience! She did my lashes perfectly, and I even fell asleep in the chair. Go to her!
