Accidentally reserved for the same night instead o...

Accidentally reserved for the same night instead of six weeks later. I immediately noticed the error and sent a request to correct the reservation. They refused. They recommended I cancel that reservation and reserve for the correct date, however it was 9:00 pm, and by the time I got that response I was already a no-show! Unfortunately, I still had to reserve at this hotel for a conference, but I never will from this point forward! Their customer care is extraordinary (insert sarcasm). I ll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know as well as conference attendees!! It would be negative stars, if it were an option!
