I didn't have a good experience with this company. My order got delayed due to human error. It happens. Support dropped the ball. The experience all around was a huge waste of time for me and I simply don't have this kind of time to waste. Good luck for anyone else who decides to go with them.
5 2x spyders going strong, long lead time only issue

I bought the vyperx 4 years ago and they re still running strong. I had one fail and it was replaced within 3 weeks. I don t know what people are talking about when they say they had a bad customer service experience. This company has been very responsive any time I ve reached out and very helpful. There is a large learning curve with any led lights but for me, it s been a worthy experience. They held my hand during and walked me through any problems I had. I ll be buying a new set when the time arrives.
Shipping and receiving was easy to find well labeled as soon as you enter the lot.
It s kind of tight because of the employees of multiple business parking their cars there. So if you re in a long wheel base truck and there s a truck already in a door... get ready for some fun backing.
Loading.
Got a door right away loaded full trailer withn 30 minutes not even. And I was on my way. Bring your own seals if you can so you can seal the trailer before you leave their property that way they can take a picture of it.
Awesome friendly staff from the guy taking a smoke brake to the security guard to the loaders. All were awesome awesome awesome! I wish more places took notes from a company like this.

We love the lights. It most definitely will grow any size plant you want it to, not just tall plants. They are powerful and reliable, easy to clean and read great on the par meter. (Very powerful when needed) (spider 2p is what we run in flower) excellent lights... customer service is understandably overwhelmed.
Great lights, not so great customer service. Be prepared to receive the wrong power boxes and ONE (1) light when you order SIX (6)....
