First of all it is an outstanding place for a second chance employment not only for the veterans but for anyone who is looking for employment. They have competitive wages incentive bonuses plus you can even work at home if you like.

FLS Connect is an excellent place to work. I cannot speak much to working within the call center but if it is anything like the culture with TSR Remote agents, then it is a great place to work. In almost everything that they do there is a positive connotation - I don't think I've ever once heard something I took as negative from a manager. In my opinion they have been extremely fair to me and willing to work through any situation as long as you show effort - which in my opinion is very easy to do. The wages are extremely fair and competitive, and for those of us working from home, you can't beat that in a pandemic.
There has always been a positive atmosphere around self-improvement in the work and the managers do go the extra-mile to make sure you are successful with your job through useful coaching and constructive criticism critiques. The experience with coworkers is just as positive. Even in the remote environment your fellow tenured agents will do everything they can to help you also. As long as you have the will to keep going on your calls day in and day out, you're pretty much guaranteed to have a permanent job.
I have been an employee for over two years and I have to say this is probably one of the best companies I've ever worked for - and with remote positions available the only thing standing between you and a good job is a few minor pieces of equipment, speedy internet, and will and determination - and for anybody that's already got experience in a call center, it's really a no brainer.
And to anybody that lives in a community that can work in their call centers (Phoenix, AZ, that's you!) you should really give them a try.
Don t expect to get paid from these people .inside looks like a disaster .the way they handle calls very very entry lvl this is a republican calls center so know what ur getting ur self into I m still waiting to get paid from them 3weeks an they won t call u.
I came too FLS in a time ofmuch inner turmoil and conflict, broken , battered and beaten. FLS welcomed me as a team member with open arms , providing me with a stable work enviorment and a means towards financial freedom. The work environment is fast paced , friendly and enjoyable. We operate as a unit, caring about one another's well being and advancement. I found a sense of completion attached to the career path for which I currently find myself on, working for a cause that is no only meaningful to me personally but has a significant impact on the intricate workings of our great country, critical to it's future. Hi my is chad chapman and I've been working at fls connect since November 11, 2019. I owe so much to the fls family. They taught me so much in my first year with the company. I knew nothing about politics or sales when I walked through these doors but because of the great coaching and the willingness to learn i have Thrived in this enthusiastic environment. I started out with the company making $12 an hour and now I make upwards of $20 an hour and it's all because Of the great people that work here. Everyone is willing to help the next person and nobody is Left Behind. Its more then a company , its a family environment.
I was really nervous to go back to work after having some time off due to covid and I felt really welcomed as soon as I came in for my interview they were willing to train me without ANY call center experience and worked with me helped me feel comfortable and gave me the confidence I needed to become a great telemarketer! Not only that but the company itself is always open and has business which is hard to find in a call center there's opportunities here for growth and you are given all the right tools to be able to grow within the company! They have become a family to me and I always look forward to coming into work!
