Hi my is chad chapman and I've been working at fls connect since November 11, 2019. I owe so much to the fls family. They taught me so much in my first year with the company. I knew nothing about politics or sales when I walked through these doors but because of the great coaching and the willingness to learn i have Thrived in this enthusiastic environment. I started out with the company making $12 an hour and now I make upwards of $20 an hour and it's all because Of the great people that work here. Everyone is willing to help the next person and nobody is Left Behind. Its more then a company , its a family environment.
