Rung up Flourish to register as a NNEB qualified T...

Rung up Flourish to register as a NNEB qualified Teaching assistant, I was looking at joining due to taking time out to being a full time mother for 7 years, I have 10 years experience and could provide two references but they said I couldn t register as my references were over 5 years old !!! And then ask me if I could do some voluntary work in a school to gain some more experience!!!!! But Other agencies happy to take me on!!!! Felt very discriminated against such a shame
