My comment in no way concerns the quality of the cheese, which is excellent, but the quality of the welcome. In fact, on Wednesday August 5, at 6:50 p.m., 10 minutes before closing time, I went to look for cheese. The reception was so cold that I thought of entering a church. No rules of politeness, no sense of customer service. Obviously only one thing was important for the person who served me, to go home. I can imagine it, but no customer deserves to be treated so badly no matter what time of day. This comment will get people to react, I hope, because it greatly tarnishes the image of the cheese factory, which I will continue to visit, while leaving objective comments on each of my visits. Reading the various comments, this seems to be recurring. To the best of my mind, change !!!
