Each & every person I've dealt with from start to finish was extremely professional and very talented. Their showroom is definitely state of the art! I seriously doubt you could ever go there & not find what you're looking for, the products they show & offer is much like out of a designers magazine, no doubt! I could spend days there and be in decorators heaven, its just fabulous! Trust me, you won't be disappointed & their well earned reputation is fabulous!
Ive worked with Floors over many years with different home projects, carpet, tile and hardwood. They are outstanding on all fronts. First the selection and quality is just outstanding....very high quality product. Service (i use Adam) is always friendly, professional and intuitive. Lastly the installs are perfect. Never a problem. I cant recommend them enough.
Docking to unload was different.... .... quick unload though!!!! Backed in unloaded within 15 minutes!!! Just pay attention to the stabilizer cables !!!

The area rug looks great in my living room. The two gentlemen placing the rug did an excellent job. I will think of Floors ETC in the future for any carpet needs.
I had a stair carpet runner installed in January 2021. Dealt with Matt Horwitz in the showroom. He was awesome to deal with. Super helpful in selecting the right carpet from their thousands of samples. He was great at keeping me focused on materials that would work for my style, budget, and application. The install guys were equally fabulous. Prompt, polite, neat, and extremely detail-oriented. I had used Floors, Etc. in 1994 for ALL of the flooring in a house I built. They are STILL the best in town.
