I am in tears of ANGER while writing this review. I bought Tickets Manchester- Manila Return and paid 2067 pounds to FAYE. They did not give me any PNReservaion number and E- tickets. They said It will be sent to my email. I waited and waited , no reservation number. I phoned the airline itself KLM and there was NO ACTIVE RESERVATION in my name. Phoned the airline again and promises falls in water. GHOST reservations and tickets. I chased them and even spoke with their manager, he promised to send my ticket yet NO TICKET and I will be flying for my annual leave in a few days ! In the end of the day NO TICKETS and I have to booked again in another agency but more expensve ticket. They took my money that I saved for months. Pls read the negative comments not just the good one from this Office Flight. They are also called Viman but in reality they are as registered as Shark tour agency under KLM; These agencies have ruined my annual leave and flights expectation. They took your money used them and leave you without any tickets. Displayed tickets in Jetcost are deceiving. They do not even exist. This is so far the worst travel reservation for long international overhaul flights I have ever encountered. They will say PNR will not be given but it is wrong . Go somewhere else. ABSTAIN FROM IT They will comment nice thing in Trust Pilot but they were and will be LIES; --. from a concern Frequent Trip advisor Traveller and Travel blogger.

Well we had some complications in the beginning but with a good end so hopefully we will have a good flight

Service was very good and I got the flights I wanted, slightly more than initially advertised but overall I was happy with the service. The system of contacting the customer, then contacting the airline numerous times could be improved.

I booked a flight going to Auckland last week with Flightoffice.co.uk (atol no 11087). I checked and found that they are based in India and not in UK. An Asian gentleman living in Slough in a two bedrooom flat is operating this fraud agency and they are selling fake deals. When I booked flight online I received confirmation but within some time an Asian but not Indian lady called Glen called me to increase the prices. Further I searched and found that this is their general practice. They do not have any office in London and they working from India only. My suggestion is not to book anything from them. They are fake people, cheaters and extremely rude people. BEWARE OF THEM.

Had booked our flight to travelopedia Ltd, we had received an amazing service from them. They helped us find a flight with a good cost and travelling hours. The customer service officers specially STEVE are very helpful though out the booking process. We highly recommend them to everyone.

If I could give minus I would, paid for two flights only to be told not available, the second flight booked on 29th May to be told on 6th June not available absolutely disgusted.

First class service from Andrew, Shane, Bob and Mike in finding flights and supplying tickets. We are inexperienced travellers and those guys did their very best to help us out. Would thoroughly recommend your company and staff for the best possible service in finding cheapest and most suitable flights. Looking forward to our business class flights to New Zealand.

Booked return flights London Sydney,all good,but then the airline changed the schedule and although Flight Office are the retailer and have responsibilities they refused to help. Eric in particular was unhelpful and useless.
Chose the flights because they had a short stop over, now have a 24hr stop over. No assistance from Flight Office with accommodation, or any other costs incurred by the change, should have paid more to use a reputable company.
Took 20 or so emails, 20 or so phonecalls had to wait 6 weeks for the revised tickets - very stressful!!

Many broken promises!!!

Cheap tickets but no help when problems occur,

I have had two occasions in the last couple of months with this company. Sadly, I had to cancel one trip due to a family bereavement. However, they had dealt so well with me in booking that first trip that I returned a day or two ago to book another. I had no problems whatsoever - courteous, efficient, I paid the advertised price etc. Andrew was brilliant. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Take a bow, I say. Dr S Brady

Had a frustrating experience where we booked flights with them and four weeks before we were due to travel the airline told us they had been cancelled by Flightoffice. When we called up they said it would be fixed within 24 hours. 24 hours later it wasn't fixed. When I called up again, the first person said it would be another 48 hours and the second person I spoke to said it would be 3-5 days. Eventually they resolved it, but it was frustrating.

Customer service provided by Matthew was excellent. He was able to accommodate to us even when we had to change the dates last minute. Good communication as he kept us informed at all times. Highly recommend.

I am usually good at finding flights to suit my needs, but this time I left my booking too late to find my desired flights to visit my families in Sydney and Hong Kong. I searched everyday on every site and it seemed it wasn't going to happen. Thanks to Henry's expertise, he managed to make it work and within my budget.

Do not book with this company, I have been waiting since May for a refund and they have basically robbed my money. I know the airline as refunded them but they will make every excuse not to give you back your money. ABTA are a complete waste of time and I have now been told this thief of a company are no longer a member, surprise surprise. They all have fake names, David Smith , what a complete ignorant nasty person and the rest of them. I will however not give up and they will not get away with this. For the people who gave them a good review they are definitely fake.

An excellent service. The price was good and the response was rapid. I spoke to Ronn on the telephone who got back to me immediately to confirm the price and make the whole process from start to finish very smooth.
I am very impressed.

Travelopedia who also go under another company name Viman are scam artists. The way they will con you is ring you after you make payment to tell you that you need to pay additional payments as sky scanner supposedly advertised the wrong amount on the website. Do NOT trust these guys, they rung us at 10pm and were incredibly rude.

I have just booked a flight to South America and found the customer service good. I dealt with Steve during the transaction and he was very helpful.

I booked a flight with this company online. The site showed three seats available on the 08/11. Reading the bad reviews I took a screen shot of the the booking confirmation. Funnily enough I did not receive a confirmation email about the booking I rang the company on the 09/11 to check what was going on (Due to the already ban reviews). I was told the airline did not accept the booking. Even though when checking their website on the 09/11 thar there was one seat still avaiable. The women on the phone was argumentative, and tried to tell me that it takes time for the system to update. Which is all a big con. Do not trust this company. their website is fake, they take credit card details, which Im now worried about as well. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, STAY CLEAR, DO NOT BOOK WITH THE COMPANY!!! BE WARNED

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY COMMITTED FRAUD ON OUR HOLIDAY BOOKING AND THEY ARE NOT A MEMBER OF ATOL OR ABTA. I have today received an email from ABTA confirming their membership has ended - YOUR HOLIDAY WILL NOT BE PROTECTED.

The worst company to every book a holiday with. AVOID them! Liers, full or nonsense and dishonest.

I have received great customer service from Steve, ensuring that all details of my booking is correct and calling me to keep me updated with E-Tickets etc.

I booked replacement flights on line as my original flights to Japan went via China and the movement recommended avoiding China, sorry China as I have visited before and had a wonderful experience.
I then had a call from Alice informing me that the online flights were not available and could she see what was available, as I had been stressing over getting to Japan I of course said yes.
Alice came back within the hour with a fantastic option, sent me details via email so I could check everything was correct and I then booked.
Great personal delivery and now no stress as I'm all booked up.

Booked a holiday with these in 2019 to benidorm obviously it couldnt go ahead during the pandemic we should of travelled the 14th of march 2021 i have contacted them on numerous occasions and tried to change the dates of our holiday but of course according to this company its more expensive now and they want us to pay an extra 900 pounds on top of the 1500 we have already paid to which i have told them we cannot afford i have contacted ABTA to be told this company has removed themselves from the abta list so you arent covered by them my next step was citizens advice who have helped me locate an Atol complaints form and a refund form as this company says i am not entitled to a refund only a voucher which is a lie under the package travel regulations everyone who booked a package holiday is entitled to a full refund absolute nightmare company avoid like the plague hope everyone gets refunded

The entire team was very helpful and polite to me throughout... I panicked when I hadn't received my E-tickets at the start when i purchased them, but they promised and reassured me that I would get them. I did get it and i was very pleased. Thanks to Mickey, Steve, and Mike - Mickey you're the man!

Booked my flights last month via Eric for Mexico and Cuba and it all went really smooth. I was a bit concerned booking via them as I did read quite a few bad reviews about their service etc and did raise this with Eric. Eric addressed these concerns properly and explained to me the reasons behind those bad reviews which made perfect sense to me hence went ahead with the booking. Everything was sorted with 24-48 hours with our booking and we got our tickets issued. Eric also managed to sort all our requested meals and seating arrangements too without any issues at all. So really great service all in all and nothing to worry about as he even gave me the ATOL certificate that protects our travel even if the agency ceased to trade before or during our travel. So can happily recommend their company to anyone who are concerned in booking their tickets via them.

Company is borderline fraud. Long story short from my personal experience: they t ook my money for the flights, flights got cancelled, then they took refund from airline and now they not responding. Most of good reviews about this company are written by their employees.

First time I have used this company and Micky provided me with a great experience, attention to detail was excellent in finding me the best deal for my Cuba flights, along with first class communicationn throughout the process.

We booked a "too good to be true" flight to Dubai on the website but unfortunately the dates confirmed were not what we entered. Their system allowed me to book a return flight on the SAME day - in other words my outgoing flight was leaving at 12:55pm and my return flight was from Dubai on the SAME day at 9:20am. A physical impossibility. The money was taken and when I complained that it was an error on their system part they said that it was my error. However they were eventually helpful and I eventually was passed on to a great customer service representative called Steve who then worked tirelessly to rectify the error however the price of the flights did increase considerably but overall they were less than what we could get them on any other site so we continued with the process. Steve was a very good contact and kept me abreast of all his work and kept reassuring me that he would endeavour to get everything sorted within 24 hours which he did. Thankfully we are on our way and that is all thanks to Steve. I would recommend this company but personally I would phone them to guarantee the price rather than use the website. Thank you very much to Steve who in my opinion would get a 5 star review - however the 3 star would be for the company as a whole as they force us to pay for a cheaper flight that isn't actually available! It made me doubt the company for a while but they came through in the end.

Yet again I feel I am been ignored by your company. I booked and paid for flights, hotel and one case with you to Benalmadena on the 24th January to travel on the 29th March.
I had no email from you to say my holiday was cancelled due to Spain and England been on lockdown.
When I phoned the first time to enquire I was told I Had Not booked a holiday with you, which was very funny as I had all my paperwork laid out in front of me at the time of phoning. When your operator eventually admitted I had paid for said holiday he then terminated the call.
I naively thought you might get in contact with me and I would get a cash refund into my bank. But no such luck.... So I phoned you again and got an email from you, offering either to rebook or vouchers, to which I replied stating I didn't want to rebook, as you only get one chance to celebrate a special birthday nor did I want vouchers.
I WANT A CASH REFUND FOR THE FLIGHT AND THE HOTEL.

Now I know in the grand scheme of things this is not a huge amount of money.... But this holiday was my birthday present from my husband.

Be careful of this company as this is a scam. Based in India and using a flat in the UK as front for making dodgy online holiday and flight booking. This should not be allowed to operate in the uk !!! You have been warned of this online scam
