Absolutely brilliant service. I was kept well informed about the process of me booking my tickets and was also told about the delay in waiting for my ticket due to The holiday period . that was carried out afterwards was done quickly & without quibble. I must add staff members was extremely helpful and most especially The manager Andrew.my phone call was always answered . Would definitely recommend this travel agency to family & friends. 5 star service, they proved to me that not agency's are the same well done I am super happy .
