Great gym. They hold classes several times a week, and it doesn't get too packed, so you never have to fight some roided out Arnold wanna-be for the bench.

It is a very warm and welcoming environment. There is plenty of equipment, and the trainers are first class. They also have tanning beds, massages, as well as fitness classes. Easy to get to. Well worth the monthly fee!!!!

The newest and best gym in southern delaware. They provide top of the line fitness equipments and an array of comprehensive fitness classes including spinning! The staffs are both professional and friendly. And their prices are amongst the lowest! can't ask for anymore!

I love this gym! A really nice variety of equipment. Everything is always very clean! The people who come to the gym or respectful of one another's time. I have no complaints. I've been a member for a year-and-a-half.

Great gym for both cardio and iron addicts alike. You could be a serious bodybuilder and be fine at the gym. Multiple squat racks, benches, a deadlift platform, etc. If you can't get strong in this gym, you need to take up knitting.

Although the prices are very reasonable, this place is very sub par. The customer service is also lacking. I was a member for five months. I'm not going to lie, I probably only went for about two months. I don't expect state of the art equipment but I do expect clean equipment. Machines look like they've never been dusted or cleaned. The lockers in the locker room are beaten up. But that isn't why I am giving a two star review. It was on me for not doing a tour before I signed up. The two star review is for the fact that when I did go in to try to sign up, i stood there for about 15 minutes before i was helped. There wasn't anyone to be seen. Maybe they were using the bathroom, i don't know. At one point I had to call because they sent out a group text to my mom and my sister about a missed payment. No other notification. Just a group text putting my business out there to my family. Yes, I had forgotten to call after cancelling my card but they should have called me, not send a group chat to my mom. Later, i called to redo ANOTHER payment because my new card didn't go through for them. This time I did get just an email. I decided to cancel my membership because it's a waste to keep paying for it because I don't use it. So, I called. A young girl picked up the phone and explained there would be a two month fee to cancel before the year membership was up. That's fine. I knew there would be a fee. I guess the girl put the phone down thinking I couldn't hear her and started asking another older woman questions. The older woman started saying things about how she knew who I was and a I'm a problem person so she needed to take my card and charge it before she got off the phone with me. (Mind you this is only the second time I have ever called there.) The young girl was kind enough to defend me and say that I told her it was okay to charge my card. So the young girl does, it goes through, and you can hear the older woman audibly "hmph " in the background. Girl gets back on the phone with me, said she did it and cancels my account. I very kindly let her know I could hear everything that was said and she probably shouldn't just put the phone down. She should have a good day and I hung up. I don't appreciate being badmouthed, let alone falsely and very loudly thinking I can't hear. I'm genuinely baffled. This was just crazy.

I liked FlexWorld Fitness because the people were very nice and social with me, but it also felt like a comfortable place to workout quietly by yourself if you wanted to.

Amazing gym and staff. Reasonable rates for gym/classes/personal trainers. I haven't felt this good in years.
