Had a gallstone attack yesterday. Emergency care was packed with people, madhouse. After waiting for 1 hour, I couldn't stand it anymore
aggressive with pain, literally wriggled over the floor. Walked back to the receptionist, after first saying: Sorry it can take a long time ........ Did she put me at the next one to be helped. She saw that I could not wait anymore. Super helped in the end. After pain medication and waiting in a separate room until the pain ebbed away, numb and went home under the medication. They get 4 points out of five, not 5 points because it was a madhouse, a waiting room full of stress.

Very, but also very bad hospital. GP + Orthopedics + First Aid. bar and bar bad, by a mistake my partner has become permanently disabled, they send him back home for 2 months with (done nothing except taking a x-ray), permanent pain, his whole bone appears to be in half, and is now completely fused (this could only be seen by ct scan), permanently disabled. Yes people. do not take pleasure everywhere and stay alert. (glad we visited another orthopeed in another city)

GP's post is totally out of consideration, and understanding.
will take 5 minutes, they say, then you sit for 1.5 hours ...
is not practical with a child with disability as long as waiting .. but that is incomprehensible for people who have a child who is "normal" ...........

first aid, there is paint in my child's open wound, no, I do not need to tell them ........ completely crazy there.

that Flevo still exists is a mystery to me.

Today 1 a.m , my husband had bad situation in the hospital, one woman from emergency room worked not good for him , .He has blood when make piss in toilet like 3 times and he tried to explain with them about situation and he was very fear and tired . But I don t know why the women say that she say no understand English and want to avoid his situation , . The man can make piss alone and no need catheter for penish , he just fear because have blood in piss , look the color is dark red and all blood . But she want to try catheter to penish , after 20 minutes she say can not enter and laugh in his pain penish , this is not polite . They just check blood , blood pressure ( 112/56, heartbeats 98, temperature 36,5 ) , information medicine and want he make toilet for look color piss but the women explain that this is normally . He go piss all blood and everytime lost a lot blood is nomarlly ????
Then 4 o clock they cannot find to reasons and send he back home with his pain and worry ., He tried take a photo a woman but she goes out fast and say F*** , it s crazy ( maybe she had problem in head ) , This is very bad peoples working for hospital, I hope this hospital have better people working ,

Nice hospital where you are treated as a human bei...

Nice hospital where you are treated as a human being.
Fine doctors, specialists and nurses who speak to you kindly and provide trust and good service to the clients.
It is hygienically clean and fresh and even on the toilet so also compliments for the cleaners. The restaurant is small and not that cheap but good.
The building itself looks new and that is how I experience when I also enter through the main entrance.
As you go further into the building you will see that a new jacket with a new front has been built around the old hospital.
It is also located directly at the beautiful large shopping center.

Ik ben heel erg te spreken over de dienstverlening van het Flevoziekenhuis. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel ondanks de hectiek, uitstekende artsen en medisch team, goede analyses en grondige afwegingen welke behandelingen te volgen.
Ik had een abses en infectie in bovenbeen en een bacterie in knie en mondhoek. Door perfect handelen op alle nivo's is mij heel veel ellende bespaard! Topziekenhuis!

Good measures were taken in this covid-19 period. Clear routes to the various outpatient clinics and departments. A short corona check takes place at the entrance and you have to disinfect your hands. Fine! In my case I was helped on time as agreed. In my opinion, there should also be the possibility to disinfect your hands at the exit. I did that at entrance dispensers.

To charge an invoice of 326 for a consultation (without treatment or medication) of 15 min is pure scams! Patient is also helped by a trainee! I will never come here again and if possible I would rather go to a foreign hospital.

People are very nice doing a really good job, just such a shame it takes so long and you have to do everything twice. First the doctor's post, then intake, photo, ok broken now you have to go to the emergency room, same waiting room, so wait. Oh what a surprise again an intake interview, now waiting for the doctor, because he has to review the photo, in short, has now been in the hospital for three and a half hours and we are two x-rays further. Probably have another hour to go. Why do we pay so much for such poor care?

Waiting times are always terribly long in urgent help, I have been 6 years behind each other for a returning case every few months and with luck a year ... Eventually decided to send me to the VUmc where I was well helped and had no more problems .. You are well received and well treated .. but service they are not a star in the first aid. I do not know what it is like at the rest of the hospital.

Very bad you call 2 months in advance for an appointment with the dental surgeon. Then suddenly the appointment is moved without your knowledge and the dental surgeon already knows that he will be sick for 3 weeks afterwards? I think it's good if you know that.

So now I can go again a month later, thanks Flevo Hospital! Just kidding!

Excellent hospital with good doctors and good care...

Excellent hospital with good doctors and good care. One doctor is nicer and more attentive to the patient than another. But overall good medical care is provided here. You are still treated as a human here. The first aid is not really fast, I have had to wait two hours. The smoking patients on the doorstep are annoying. Little expensive parking nearby. The shop is good and not too expensive, and there are plenty of alternatives around the hospital.

Today they have blood taken at the Flevo hospital, normally it makes sense that they give you something to drink and let you sit for a while. Unfortunately this was not the case today, which resulted in the fact that 10 minutes later I became very nauseous and passed out.
However, the staff came running from all sides and they were very quickly around me, they immediately gave me something to drink and a chair to sit on. When it was time to go home, the lovely hostess took me to the car in a wheelchair. It's a shame that it had to be this way but further top of the rest of the hospital that they were there so quickly.

Our mother was in the Flevo Hospital in the neurology department. During the three weeks of her stay we have been impressed every day by the care of doctors and especially nursing. The calm, attention and humanity of the nursing care for both our mother and us, her visitors were heartwarming and very supportive. We cannot thank the lovely staff of the neurology department enough!

Comes as a well-maintained hospital. Everything looks pretty new. And what is more important. Very easy to reach with ov. There is also a 24 hour pharmacy. For non-specialist care an excellent hospital in my opinion.

I remember coming here with a broken shoulder, they refused to help me while I had severe pain, reason: no insurance at the time. I have learned later on that the law states it is biding upon them to help, on top of that, their overall attitude was disgusting. I was driven to Utrecht and treated there with kindness and respect.

I verified this nb. with them after I made the appointment online and stated that I had a referral letter from the specialist v. Xpert Clinic. That was great! Will I now send them a bill for not canceling before 24 hours at the latest? Is the patient's time not valuable? Worthless, worth 1 star, the second star is because Flevo Hospital offers the opportunity to submit a complaint through the site.

Excellent hospital, very caring for the patient.
Got a new hip, was very nervous for the back prick but both the anesesist who stayed at the operation and the anesesist who put the ruge prick were very nice and told exactly what would happen.
Doctor Blom and staff have provided me with excellent information and certainly not unimportant they listen to what your complaints are.
Personnel in the department of orthopedics were knowledgeable and had all the time for you and that while they were very busy.
Physio tells you exactly what you are allowed to do and especially what you are not allowed to do and that is how you feel good with units.
All in all a very satisfied patient.

Bad. Have been researched here for a year and still have no idea what is going on. The doctor who examined me asked three times, during three different appointments the same. Turns out that I really have not been taken seriously. Furthermore, the staff is very nice, but you do not get too far with that. So I do not recommend this hospital.

I would really like to give 2.5, so that it is halfway, but I don't get that option. It is really a hit or miss at this hospital. Not only does the quality differ greatly per outpatient clinic, but also per employee. One employee rushes for your care, and the other employee touches so many protocols on his boot that it makes you really sick and you find it annoying if you say something about it. I take care of several outpatient clinics, and many different employees, and it really differs as day and night. Eenduidigs is nothing to say.
There have also been poli managers who really wanted to make it better, but they are made so difficult every time that they leave.
I am really happy with the superheroes who still see their patients as individuals and try to think along seriously.
At the same time, I am very pissed off at those who immediately drop out when things get a bit more difficult and then just walk away.
Oh and not all desk ladies do it, but many do: desk ladies who refuse to report that you want the result of a blood test, with the words "if something was wrong, you would have heard it". I had to fight several times to get to the info and it turned out that something serious was going on, and my nurse had to give the ladies the thunder again that they refused to let me make an appointment for the result.
Never before has it made sense for me to submit a complaint to the hospital. Either I don't get a response, or the response is really howling. "Then you need to find a competent nurse." Is a quote from a response to a complaint from me. Sorry??
Not yet talked about how few employees can handle it adequately if you indicate that you need some extra support due to psychological and physical limitations. Some people here are really great, but that is unfortunately the exception rather than the rule. With an offer to be able to offer free information, they said that the psychiatric department does support if they don't know. Is difficult when you find yourself explaining what is going on and the doctor just says you just want to nag and you only find difficult. Then no help is called in for some expertise. With more knowledge on the floor, a patient would not need a stigma barrier before adequate care can be counted on.
The hospital Vermaat restaurant is fantastic though. Super! Just leave it that way.

Spacious, good, nice hospital.

In the departments where I come, the nurse and doctors are very friendly. They are happy to help you where it is needed.

When I was operated on 7 years ago, I also had a very friendly surgeon, and the ward where I was also had a very nice nurse. You only had to ask and she immediately tried to arrange it for you!

I definitely recommend this hospital! I've only had good experiences here.

Had to go to the jaw surgeon for surgery on my upper teeth. Later also been for pulling a few molars. Both times there was no pain at all and the wounds were healed well. They had only helped me under the wrong name the first time so I had to correct that but never had any problems with it afterwards. Was also a bit of my fault ...
I could go quickly. I am therefore quite satisfied. There is also no such bad air inside. That used to be in the '90s.

Recently my son had to have blood pricked and it later turned out that the result that was sent to the specialist was incomplete, because they had failed to look at the back of the form before pricking. That is why my son still has to have it pricked again.

Gynecology what a shitty department that is. You call neatly on Tuesday for an appointment (for my wife), it is said that they call back but that does not happen. Then after 3 days you are on hold for 25 minutes.

Understand that it is busy, but if it should go like that, give Lelystad or even Rotterdam. Colleagues probably also do not communicate because the 1 records information in the system that is totally wrong, so do not know whether people are aware that this person is eating out of their nose.
