The worst experience ever.
I will like to say that the experience with this company can qualify as the worst. I made the order back in 2024 June 26th and it suppous to be delivery in November early in the month which never happens. I did not received any notification from them till I sent a email asking for an update. Then the costumer services told me that I should be notified when the order will be ready to ship which I never was till I sent another email asking for update. In that moment they said that the furniture was fining and will be sent to USA in the next shipping. The transportation company contacting me to let it me know that the order should be receive in December 23 one month after the prevues delivery time and by the way never happen. Three days before the deliver they told me that they were out of trailer to do the delivery also the order were not complete. I change the delivery address with Fleming & Howland on October and the store costumer service never change. When I spoke with the delivery company they told me that if I want to change the delivery address I have to call or contact the store in England to have approval for them. After that happens they will be able to re-shedule the delivery with I refuse. I pay for this services more that $12000.00 dollars in order to receive a white clove delivery services and the best treatment for the fornature company. In this point I can not say anything about the quality of the furniture because I did not received. I will never buy anything for this company again and I will never use the delivery company also. I hope that I can be compensate for them.
