We received our first order in May 2016, the 3 seater sofa was and still is beautiful.
We received our second order in December 2016, the 2 seater sofa had a leather less silky and less brilliant than the 1st, we thought that the patina was going to be done in time, however, the more the time passes and the more the leather is relaxes, which causes unsightly folds and worries us when the durability of the quality of the product in time, the seams are even apparent near a button.
We contacted the sav who advised us to contact a local upholsterer, obviously, no upholsterer wants to commit to a new product under warranty. In fact, I ask if this company has a real sav.
At the slightest problem during delivery, refuse the product.

Fleming and howland's response confirms that they do not intend to repair their fault. They answer us to solve the problem ourselves, which confirms in fact that there is no guarantee and no after-sales service. I contacted several upholsterers and none wished to make me an estimate and they m have all said that no other would answer my request since it is necessary to completely disassemble the sofa and tighten each piece of leather.
In fact I'm going to have to keep my couch that makes me feel ashamed.
You can always order at home but at this price, would you like to take the risk or are you looking for a more serious supplier?
